Step 1 : find one. Step 2 : get a Bola , a club or a bow/crossbow and trang arrows .and some berries or the kibble that they prefer Step 3 : Bola the pachy and hit it with the club you have or if you have a box or crossbow and some trangs then use that to ko it.. Step 4 : once it's knocked out feed it the berries or the kibble that you have... make sure it had enough berries or kibble to tame... also make sure it doesn't wake up feeding narcotics berries or narcotics. Step 5 : wait till it tames and protect it.. also gather hide and fiber and stuff for the saddle if you dont already have a pachy saddle.. Step 6 : once it tames put the saddle on it and go on a little lvling spree killing dilos,compys,dodos,lystros,and even baryonyx if it's strong enough.. the reason you shouldn't fight raptors with it is because they can pounce it and slowly kill it... you could fight em if your pachy has enough wealth... peace out bye..

Tamed my pachy on craggs island, called it slappy. They are quite slow but the charge adds some speed in short bursts, I charge until out of stam and them set him to follow while he gets stam back and charge again, knocked out a couple of dodos while charging.

After you bola them they attack I learned that the hard way

Easy way to tame one is to just go around it at all times and keep punching it then feed it a few berries a walla you have a pachy

Use bola and then hit with wooden club. This is the best way to tame a peachy early. Did it this morning. But watch out for other patchies as they will attack you if you smack one

These are super helpful! I bring 4 with me when I go out to tame dinosaurs. Having multiple distracts what ever you want to tame while you hit it with tranq arrows. They also slow them down from running away just by being in the way.

I tamed this the same way I tamed a paramour! Just use a bola and knock it out with a club. Wooden club. And feed it berries and its yours!!

PS:this tip is for early game

A easy way to tame a high level is to build a 1×1 stone structure with 3 windows and a door. They can go through door ways if no door is in place but can't fit if a door Is placed even while open. The 2 ways to get it in the trap is either with an argentavis or lure it in while your inventory is empty except for a door, once it is in place the door then wait for death and respawn at a nearby bed or sleeping bag. You will have to either use said argentavis to pick it out or remove the door and whistle it out once it is tamed.

I would like to say for starters who doesn't have Bow you can also use wooden club and Tam it with any berry I recommend for using mejoberrys

Hello. To tame this, I used a bola and then began to use a slingshot but you can use tranq arrows or darts. I am yet to craft a saddle for it but I have heard that it can knockout small/medium dinosaurs. Up this for the new players!

They are pretty easy to tame all you need is a bola and a bat. But on mobile there not all that useful because they dont have a charge attack

Use ranged knockout and bolas. These guys can knock people out like it's nothing.

The Pachycephalosaurus Is Another Starter Tame Its Very Small But Its Damage Can Increase Torpor In Dinos Or Players.. Sooooo Its A Very very very very EASY To Tame But Hard to find Here Are The Steps

1.Prepare Taming Food and Bolas (They can be immobolized by bolas)

2. Find Pachy ( Found some in the plains and redwoods)

3.Throw Bola At Pachy

4. Shoot Slingshot (Or Bow With Tranq Arrows) In The Body (They Also Take Reduced Damage In The Head Like The Trike)

5. Feed Mejoberries (If you are begginer) Or Kibble

6. Name Your New Friend!
