Pachy has the earliest unlockable land dino saddle and a useful charging attack that can knock a dino out.Which makes it a good mount for early to mid game but this charging attack does not exist on mobile i tried it myself with swipe down/up, alternate attack 1, and 2 but it does not work and because of that this dino is not useful at all.

Up stamina if you’re taming stuff, u don’t wanna fall asleep! (Also up melee for extra torpor).

These things are powerful one killed a level 18 sarco and the Pachy was only level 10 be careful

If u encounter 1 of these your lucky u need to take it they are OP

There’s two things you can do i’m I’m going for the first one killing if you have a regular ax hit it a couple times

The Pachycephalosaurus' neck was not built for a forward headbutt, but when you consider a strike similar to giraffes, the skull's shape is ideal. The bony ridges and knobs at the back of the skull would deal no damage in a forward strike, but indeed be useful in side-strikes to the flank of an opposing dinosaur, likely of an entirely different species.

The primary attack deals torpor just as much as the charge attack.

On pc or console u can use their charge attack. It knocks stuff out way faster than normal attack. Pls like if helpful 😊

The Pachycephalosaurus Is Another Starter Tame Its Very Small But Its Damage Can Increase Torpor In Dinos Or Players.. Sooooo Its A Very very very very EASY To Tame But Hard to find Here Are The Steps

1.Prepare Taming Food and Bolas (They can be immobolized by bolas)

2. Find Pachy ( Found some in the plains and redwoods)

3.Throw Bola At Pachy

4. Shoot Slingshot (Or Bow With Tranq Arrows) In The Body (They Also Take Reduced Damage In The Head Like The Trike)

5. Feed Mejoberries (If you are begginer) Or Kibble

6. Name Your New Friend!

You can find the easily near high up areas or east zone on the island. They don’t have great weight cap so just stay light on low levels and low health AND make you go sleep sleep.

Use ranged knockout and bolas. These guys can knock people out like it's nothing.

1. Bola

2. Use club to knock out

3.give berries and wait

4.name it and enjoy loud stomping

It’s really easy to knock it I used my fists

My tips are to use a bola if you have one to keep it in one place then knock out using stones on at tanqs. If you don't have a bola try finding one in an open area and pelt it with stones. To avoid its attacks run around in circles and reverse your movement when it is catching up or when it charges just walk out of its way and you can pelt it with stones while it charges as it is rather slow.

Needed for raiding. 1 shots wooden spikes no matter wat.

These are super easy to tame and knockout on mobile just shoot at it with a crossbow/bow and tranq darts and stay on a rock it's very easy

These dinosaurs are very fun to use, and if another player is bothering you or your tribe just simply hit them a few times and they will be knocked out

Super easy to tame u don’t even need a bola.just take a bat walk up to one o these and hit it till it’s out it won’t run away cuz it’s neutral once it’s out feed it any kinda berry but narcos and stimberrys use narcoberrys if there about to wake up. If they run outta berrys just go to a bush and get some more. Then WALLA! U got ur self a pachy! Hv fun with it!
