These tames are excellent in early game for mass harvesting nacro berries in preparation for tranquilizer arrows, although sometimes they can eat alot of what they harvest. Best for using to harvest resources around your base, they're slow and not very good for scouting.

Level up weight, it pays off because they're too efficient harvesters for their own good. And have a plan for all the hordes of fiber they can harvest, my chests were quickly filled with fiber!

When you tame it, place him/her somewhere with bushes and small trees. Then put your friend on wander, he will now collect berries, seeds, fiber, tach and wood. :D

Moschops are good to get berries and fiber also they get so many Narcoberries there super useful for that :)

These bad boys are probably the best beginner Dino’s. You don’t have to knock them out just passive tame. They can take a variety of things and if you don’t have the thing they want then just go far enough away and the food they want will change. These guys collect insane amounts of fiber and are really good for collecting berries as well. These guys have a pretty good amount of health and their damage is insane. If you level up their damage enough they can do like 200 damage every hit. They also have decent weight. Not good against raptors unless you take them out fast because the raptors can pounce on you and kill you. The moschops is a big scaredy cat and will run from any fight unless you have it on passive. Therefore you need to ride it to put it’s damage to good use. Stuff like raptors and kapros are things that can take you off the moschops and basically your dead unless your a high level and have good gear. Generally just a great mount.

Really useful if u want fiber,berries or thauth and its the easiest along with dodo to tame as it doesn’t attack u even if u hit it and if u want to tame it u just need to give it berries by putting it in ur selection inventory not the inventory but instead the bar and cliking on it and u only need 2 or more mejoberries or the red hberries and they are op to build a house for beginners and also other stuff

Honestly I think it’s underrated. Great for harvesting wood, thatch, fiber, berries and rockcarrots. They also usually get at least 100 health every time you level it up, and melee damage is pretty good, too

I hope the devs would bring the rideability of this dino in ark mobile cuz it would do a lot than just harvesting fiber and berries like you could bring it to a fight to help not just letting it run so far but still a great dino for beginners

You can use it to gather fiber by:

1. Make it follow you

2.Press “Stop” when it is near a bush

When it stops it will automatically gather fiber

P.S it can also gather wood

This thing is awesome. I just got ark on pc and I immediately got one of these things as my first ride. It took only one majo berry. If ur starting a new server I recommend this one to tame in the first 2 mins of the game

EXCELLENT at gathering polymer. Kill karkinos/mantis/penguins and then harvest them with a Moschops. You'll get tons

This thing is so OP. I put it on wander near some bushes and boom. It harvested 600+ Fibers

Once you tamed it, First make sure the enable wandering features is On and they're still following you, Make them follows you to the most "Resourcefull" and yet safe area around you, once you there, whistle them to stop following you and they will start working for you.

Note that they can sometimes cross the line and ended up dieing to Raptor or Dilo, just don't put them too far away.

These guys eggs are great for making kibble for argys and baby moschops give you prime meat.

Gotta love these dudes, powerfull, tank, and gatherer. However never breed them, they will be useless. I learnt that the hard way when i hade nine moschops and a powerfull feeling. I went to the swamp… i wanted more power and yes i did kill most enemies and demolished kapros… i got stuck under my army and a spino came near us… let me say i came back on one weak moschops that day…

If you dismount and whistle attack, this thing will run off like a coward when it's ridden, however, it's a beast

Arguably my favourite fiber gatherer. It has a secondary levelling system used for specific resources. Each point you can apply to that is available after you put in any regular stat points from levelling up. You need to use the secondary attack on a moschops to gain the applied bonuses to said rare resource. I started playing when these guys came out and no one had a clue what they were used for, so now luckily we all know what they do.

I can confirm that it can take on small pack of low level dire wolves & a sabertooth… I named my girl wolf bait and she made them her bait

Pickup an moschops with an argentavis and stop by ferns to get lots of fiber

On 2x harvesting they can get 100-200 chitin from trilobites great source of chitin early game
