If you are on pc this is a MUST tame because this dude is an easy source of purple kibbles and it doesn’t eat rare foods. But if you are on mobile, consider taming only one female and stuffing it into a thatch room...

Very very very useful, its cowardly and its harvesting benifits are not avaliable in mobile, but its a great early tame. Also source of prime meat, for some reason

DO NOT PUT POINTS INTO MELEE DAMAGE

POINTS put into melee damage do not increase this creatures gathering efficiency. Speaking as someone who has messed up this way (23 times (have a nice little army going)) a much more useful investment is weight, maybe accompanied by some health.

My moschops is a beast. It took only one tin to berry and it was tamed. I named her Mossy, and when I tamed her she was level 50. And now two days later mossy is already. Level 95 and can kill stegos easy Peasy. Super easy to level up to. I ride mossy everywhere I go. And before ya ask, no I am not addicted to ark

If at low level or untamed these guys suck and are just a little annoying but as you progress there reasonable and actually pretty good at high level

Although Not The Fastest They Pack a Punch!! My Moschop Does 160+ damage and if I calculate correctly can 4-5 shot a Spino

A must have for early game. Fiber collecting is made easy with these doggos. Just set them on wander around plants and they’re get you all the fiber you need! They run if they get attacked so try and keep up with them.

God first tame can harvest everything except for rock like so they can harvest rock

These things are the best start game tame they are able to kill a Rex and are amazing at gathering

They don’t work in snow in ark mobile

FOR MOBILE TO GATHER FIBER:

Just enable wondering on the Moschops and it will gather fibre for you.

My best friend, tame one asap level in health, weight, speed and melee and run and explore. My moschops does 1657 damage and it killed a level 90 rex. They are op. TAME ONE.

Use one or two of these first let follow you and go where there are ferns plants then let the wandering they will farm berries thatch fiber wood use moschops better than sickle just harvest fiber better use a moschop.

These guys are the ultimate narcotic makers, just make them harvest a few bushes and some "innocent" lystros, spread out the meat by spamming "take one" (I'm an Xbox player) then when the meat spoils, put all the narcos +spoiled meat into the stone thing and just watch as you gain like 50 narcotics

Just enable there wandering so they'll gather resources even in Ark mobile so they r not usless

Any way I think Moschops are very great dinos at starting of game
