The wiki says to use veggies which is very misleading. They don't take them, just use berries or the easiest kibble in the game

If you want to tame it without a pen or trap of some kind, get the Ghille Suit. It won't detect you as fast. They like Basic Kibble so you could even tame these in the early game if you want! (only requires 2 basic kibble)

(For mobile) easy Tame. Tame four female dodos and one mAle. Put them in a shed close to your house and collect their eggs. Have a parasaur or some other berry gatherer that was easy to tame. Make a bunch of dodo kibble. I made six but only needed four or five for a level 220. Crouch and walk up to the monkey with kibble in hot bar. Feed it the kibble (it might say to feed it mejoberries, but you can use the kibble) and back away until the hunger sign pops up. Mine wears a hat with the glasses skin. My best friend. My other died because I tried to tame a level 240 raptor and I died. The raptor was killed by my op parasaur. But my level 90 monkey friend got lost and killed by a diplo.

So adorable! When taming, you can use pretty much any berry. But you must sneak up on it and follow it around, otherwise he will just run away.

Just use dodo kibble it’s not even expensive to make plus’s these guys are cool

Tamed one and put nothing but health into it. By level 75 it had 800+ health.

If you're in an area where they spawn and are having trouble locating one, start killing all other dinos in the same area, the game will eventually spawn your desired target.

I normally leave the area for a short time to allow new spawns, once you have killed everything off.

I would assume this will work for any Dino spawn you were looking for.

Find them all over the nw part of the redwoods across the river. Ghillie and crouched is a must. Have tamed 2 150 male female of these. Easy tame

all you need to tame is 1-2 mejoberries and 1 dodo kibble I tamed just now with that. first feed the berry then feed the kibble and you've tamed a monkey

Do not knock them out to tame them I tried and all I got was lost time

These guys sure are tricky! So to tame it have at least 25 Mejoberrys and crouch up to it and it may run away, but it is worth it! PS. It also throws its crap at enemy’s.
