When in the central cave in ark mobile don't leave when your taming a creature or it will despawn and I lost all my kibble and my soothing balm

So will it wake up on mobile too at 20:30??I knocked one out at 17:25.i built a pillar trap around it waiting for it to wake up .now it's 3:40 & it didn't wake up

I was with my friend in my PvE world taming allos when i saw a megalo. We knocked it out about midday and started taming. The taming was going great until sunset and this thing woke up and grabbed the pteranodon we had and did the same. R.I.P to Big Bird 😭

Just avoid them when in abberation. They're like the gods of aberr

At day it is easy to tame a megalosaurus with a low level I tamed one with a slingshot in the day then I used meat to tame it. It was my first dinosaur

Makes it easy to tame smaller dinos that need to bre tranqed or trapped.

Knock it out as soon as it wakes up should be enough time to starve and tame

I wait until it's like 20:10-20:15 then shoot them with tranq darts, have a few large bear traps set up and then it'll get stuck and nighttime comes while it's torpor is still increasing and you'll be able to knock out and have an easy tame

Go in the cave with just the crossbow and leave sleeping bags outside and knock it out. If it's in the central cave lock and load because you're going to be shooting a lot of bugs

Wait for it to wake up then knock it out and it won't wake up during the time it takes to tame. Use mutton for a fast effective way to tame. Half the cost same level.

A imprinted one with good hp and melee can fight a imprinted giga at night worked well at defending crystal cave on rag

You'll want to knock then out as close to 20:30 as possible, after they wake. This way you have all night and day for taming; nothing happens when morning rises so you just have to worry about the next evening time in which it will wake.

If your on aberation in the blue zone these are a really big threat if your on foot if so bring a lot of plant species z fruit because they deall with them well same with the nameless.The other big threat are rock drake which are harder to see and only get stuned for 2 seconds by the fruit I reapeat! Do not use plant species z fruits against rock drakes. Probably because rock drakes are the reapers only enemy so reapers are afraid of charge and rockdrakes are barely affected by it.

Best way to tame megalosaurus (this is for island map

Step1 find said megalosaurus make sure high lvl

Step2 stay in render distance but make sure it can’t see you

Step3 let it wonder out of cave

Step4 wait for day

Step5 pelt it with tranq darts (use long neck not cross bow)

These things are freaking dangerous even if you shoot them in the day since I decided to play around a bit with my riot gear and guns and shot one well my assault rifle broke and it just killed me in its mouth within ten seconds and I was a high level too so that sucked

If you play on ragnarok, go to the forest by Viking bay three and you will find plenty of them.

If you try to do this during the day gets somewhere High to where it can't reach you and get a parasaur so it can scan any nearby Predator so it can't kill right when you knock him down

Knock them out the moment they wake up, once knock out at night you’ll have all the time to starve it. Bring a high level high health Ovis if you don’t have the required kibble to tame it. Once the hunger drops at a certain level slaughter the Ovis and harvesting its corpse with a pick, transfer all the mutton into the megalo’s inventory and you’ll have an instant tame megalosaurus. I tried this and it worked!

I was taming one for the first time and it was turning nighttime. It woke me up and killed me.
