While tamed (if not in aberration) they get night buff that’s helpful to you unless it’s wild then we’ll rip you. In aberration I prefer to have them to fight the Rockwell. On switch I found a 110 it tamed with 5900hp 278% damage. We bred it and got twins lvl 121 and that was my 3rd set of twins in a row. Both female tho. Arg I was mad that they were female we needed male with the stats to copy to mutations. If you wake it up to many times it passes out and you can tame it

Use the L2 to pick up small dinos in its mouth, then bring them to the destination of your choice, and have a friend tranq the small dino while in its mouth to knock it out. I use for taming ravagers, kill low levels then pick up alpha and bring to your base to knock out and tame. Works wonderfully!

I was taming one and I knocked him out and I placed the mutton in his inventory and I came back later at night and it was awake make sure that you tame it in the morning ark

Hard to tame why for 2 reasons

1st it ONLY Lives in caves

2ndly they wake up at night even when its Unconcioused already!

Should be able to spawn outside of caves in mobile, like next to the green obelisk would be amazing, they could keep covered in mountain bush and it would be just amazing.

Found mine (140) in the jungle cave on the center sleeping near the entrance at the beaver pond. Be aware of your game freezing when leaving the cave, died immediately because of that.

Best in abberation not that good otherwise only good at night

I suggest that at the night try to find one and once you do wait till day but DONT GET IT AGGRO. Once it’s day grab it with a quetzal. Make sure you put it in a taming pen. Just saying it will be cranky try to shoot it with a tranquilizer dart. Depending on the level it will take longer. Give it the kibble and after a bit. You’ve got a lazy, strong dino XD. Just saying it won’t tame at night and it will wake.
