What are tips for megalodon? Tips and strategies for megalodon in ARK: Survival Ascended & Evolved.
The best way to tame a meg is tame a dodo and find a meg and throw your dodo into the water and wait for the meg to come to your dodo and when the meg is at the surface and hit it with a club and that is how I got my meg her name is brucette
When tamin they take any meat so use prime
" I think We're gonna need a bigger " meeeeeeeeeeeeeh
Narwhals Nawrwhals swimming in the ocean causing a commotion 'cause they are so awesome
Great Dino, but my 135 miracle find had 40 wasted points, and 30 points went into food, just complaining
Avoid this animal in the wild as it is aggressive. But once tamed they make a good water defense for underwater or island bases, both pvp and pve
I actually thought of this while running from a meg.
Step 1: tame a dolphin
Step 2: take it out to a not so dangerous area and level it up only on health
Step 3: kill everything around the meg you want to tame
Step 4: plop the dolphin near the meg
Step 5: wait until the meg starts attacking it
Step 6: build a trap around the feasting shark
Step 7: knock out and feed
Big brain time
Just get a Baryonyx and these things are no problem trust me👍
If a megalodon is attacking you swim over its snout
Find mates knock out higher level one then accert your dominence on the other mate by taming its partner then let them know whos the alpha.
Try and distract one with a giant turtle then use a crossbow with a tranc arrow then don’t shoot it to much otherwise it will die and only put a small amount of food in in case it dies because it might get rid of the food
It is best to tame a megoladon with a raft and Trang arrows or Trang darts, also make sure it is not mated.
For a low level you can use an ichy to lead one of these suckers to the shore and then just tranq it from land, just be mindful about any other water tames (or wild creatures) that might interfere. They're pretty slow and their bite isn't too devastating, but when you're swarmed they can prove to be deadly. I would recommend you knock it out in shallow water so you can keep an eye on its torpor without losing too much oxygen, and bring plenty of meat/narcs if you don't have kibble. They make good defenders if you have your tames in an open body of water and as long as you have enough of em
Kite it to the shore and make sure it gets stuck on something, then tranq it to hell, I got a lvl100 by gettting it stuck on a coelacanth XD
The bite is better than the bark... Send help..........
Don't be dumb just get a boat and shoot it from there. If it catches you stab it with a spear or pike it's your only hope. Also don't try to out swim, unless you are level 100 and you have a sick water creature. :)
