If you wanna tame one I suggest dropping it into a cage using an Argy and use your highest damage taming weapon (bringing more people to shoot at it helps)

Once down unless u playing on an instatame server have ready an industrial supply of narcotics cuz you are gonna need em...

This thing has such a fast torpor drop so bring about 140 narcotics for a 135

One of the nicest creatures, passive tames with bee honey, you can walk right up to it

Easy Ragnarok way to tame this wall climber. Use a lvl 200+ Equus and just kick him while he attack you. Watch your stamina and health. I barley lost health but stamina drain fast. Have a crap ton of narcos these guys try to wake up fast. Good luck!

Sight lads if you wanna tame one at a low level just find one (on ragnarok they spawn near the volcano) and then bola it, give it a concussion by flinging rocks at its head and then kill some animals for raw meat and stock up on narcoberrys because their torpor drains really fast. If you followed my steps, CONGRATULATIONS you have yourself a nice shiny rabies steroid gecko.

Easy way to find them before they find you

Step 1: Find/Get rare flowers

Step 2: Craft tranq arrow/dart (either are fine. Just depends if you want to use more material)

Step 3: Get bear traps

Step 4: Bring a barynox/thyla/mantis

Step 5: Go to cave your looking for. Scorched earth are the easiest

Step 6:Eat a rare flower

Step 7: Kill all but lizard.

Step 8: Knock out lizard

Now you should have a lizard in no time. If you playing with a higher taming speed. If not. Bring tons of naracotics and wait a few hours.

Step 8:

On Scorched earth these spawn in the artifact cave in the artifact caves, so kill all the other enemies like bats, spiders and snakes and then tranq the megalania you'd like

Watch out- they’re faster than they look, and so is the speed of their torpor dropping. If you’re on Ragnarok, you can use a Ptera to drop it into a 2 by 2 stone pen with walls 2 high and shoot it through a doorframe for an easy KO. Anywhere else... good luck taming the AIDS from Down Under.

After KO, force feed 200 narcotics to glitch its torpor bar. Now you can use 10 narcs every 5 minutes to tame.

Raise them in artifact caves to make artifact retrieval allot easier. Lvl health stamina and melee.

don't tame this stupid think in the south cave oh can't get it out of the cave

Took about 600 narcs to tame a 150. Don't use arrows, very low health and chance of it dying.

DO NOT tame one in the lava cave. They can not leave the cave and you will get thrown into a spin cycle if you try to climb.
