Way to easy to tame given just how useful this guy is. One of the fastest creatures (if not the fastest), An amazing gatherer and pack mule, has weight reduction on berries, can carry baby dinos, can STEAL other tribes baby dinos, can feed baby dinos and act as a nanny, extremely fast swimmer, and even fast on land, has amazing stamina, it even does good damage and it’s belly flop can knock creatures back, stopping them from hitting you. Plus it’s just so cute.

Try to tame a horse and put damage in the horse, is the easiest way to tame a maweing

You can also tame these with mejoberry

When taming a maewing I would suggest using a net gun and shoting it with trans arrows (I have not been able to shoot it in the head)

When raising maewings use berries as they seem to spread through meat at an alarming rate.

Just shoot them and then chase them with a tek suit it’s really easy I’ve tamed tons this way

Use wooden signs to trap and eat rare flower to lure it in. But make sure they are close enough or they jump out.

Best Starter Tame For Genesis 2.

Just use tranq Arrows to knock them out, follow them when they run, they stop running pretty quick, they usually spawn near ovis so use mutton to tame them for a faster tame with more levels.

Incase u didn't know there eggs can make every kibble except extraordinary. It'd rng chance at wich one tho

Maewing make for incredible berry harvesters. Press alt-fire(right click, L2, LT) and while in midair, mash primary fire(Left click, R2, RT) and when the attack lands, the belly flop’s radius will harvest berries. It doesn’t harvest them a lot at once per node, but it can reach many, many nodes in the time it takes Stegos to make it to a handful. Plus, it has weight reduction on all forms of baby food(Meat, Berries, etc.)

At 24°c I got 2 babys from maewing B and 1 baby from Maewing A

Same location 25°c 1 baby from maewing B 23°c 1 baby from maewing A

Disable Nursing mode for both maewings

Was previously on for both maewings

22°c 1 baby from maewing B 15°c Finally a EGG from maewing A

18°c Maewing B had another EGG! 16° Maewing A had an EGG

My best guess at this point is you get eggs if the temperature is lower then the ideal incubation temperature.

Can collect berry use right click

Very easy to tame just shoot it with a net trap and tranq it down, even a lvl 150 will not have enough time to escape.

You can breed and they both lay eggs and they hatch super fast

Taming it in the water is way easier than on land! It will only swim away (fast) instead of jumping all over the place and they don't drown!

You can tame a 150 with the same amount of arrows as a 50 takes but you have to hit the head to neck only and itakes 1 hr no starve to tame memos only a 150 can have 2425 hp and 1125 stam.

Its a knock out tame.. Pretty easy to knock out just feed it berrys.. Knock out a 135 yay me
