Stories Tips

What are some stories about the kairuku? Memorable kairuku stories, wild encounters, and fan fiction.
When I first started the game, I found one of these beauties. I immediately tamed it as fast as I could, and once he was tamed, I saw a fire in its eyes. I named him Steven. Steven has always been there for me. He gathers stuff for me, helps me kill and fend off creatures from my base, and has had a family with his wife Theresa. He now has three Children, Larry, Kevin, and Carmen. I tamed Steven when he was only a level 4, and I was a level 8. I’m so glad to have found him and we can grow old together. I’m now level 57 and He’s level 68. We’ve had a great life together.
The Obelisk
Oh my goodness! Chapter 60! Yes!
Before we get into the chapter, I’d like to thank you all sticking with my story. It means so much to me, it really does. Now, I have a question for you guys. What do you all think of the four characters, Avalanche, Bramble, Coal, and Quake? What’s your opinion? Which to you love? Which do you hate? I’d really like to know yur thoughts.
Oh, and my Biggest Fan, I hope you like Bramble. (I head cannon him with the voice of Gandalf, idk why!!) I’d gladly make another character for any of you!
-Chapter 60-
Darkness stretched acrossed the sky. The only source of light in the shadowed, quiet forest were the stars and moon glittering above them. Rays of silver and blue sifted through the Redwood branches.
The carnivores stalked in between the trees and rocks, keeping their tails above the ground and their eyes sharp. Bramble was in the lead, leading them down a narrow path through some thistles. Forest knew the Thylacoleo had night vision, but surely not as much as a cave-dwelling Rock Drake. Bramble lowered his head down and gave the ground a quick sniff. He huffed and kept walking.
Forest followed, keeping himself in the back. They had left Coal at the burrow to rest, as Bramble had ordered. The young Terror bird had growled and muttered about it the following hour, but eventually his grumbling had died down when exhaustion took over. Forest hoped he’d heal soon. Being a Prince must be very hard for a juvenile like him. So many rules and decisions. Forest had never grown up like that.
Caught up in his thoughts, Forest didn’t notice the glow coming from the sack on his shoulder. He double glanced at it and fumbled to reach inside.
“Forest!” hissed.
“Oh no, not now!” Rust whispered, turning around. “Someone will see that!”
Forest grabbed the sack and opened it up, quickly reaching inside. He snatched the rune and pulled it out, clasping it in both of his talons.
“Stop glowing,” he ordered it quietly. Why now? Forest thought. He shook it frantically. “Stop glowing!”
“Forest, look out!” Spark snarled softly. Her and Rust disappeared behind the nearest hiding spot.
Forest turned to look behind him. Two large carnivores—Carnotaurs— were walking his way.
Almost instantly his body switched to camouflage, and he just sat there, frozen in place. One of the Carnotaurs stepped forward, squinting. She must have noticed him.
“You saw that, right?” Asked the second one.
Forest prayed silently that the runes light was well hidden beneath his feathers. His camouflage should hide it well, but his heart thumped faster as the Carnotaur sniffed the air suspiciously. She was only a few tail-lengths in front of him now.
“Whatever it was, it’s gone.” She said. Forest was about to sigh with relief—but held his tongue. The Carnotaur turned to follow the other. “Probably just a few Terror bird juveniles or some stupid nocturnal.”
“Never smelled that scent before,” said the second, his tail swaying. They had begun to walk away. “You recognize it at all?”
The first shook her head. Their voices faded away as they swept back into the depths of the brush.
Forest’s tension released, along with his camouflage. The runes’ light had gone. It was a simple, faint glow now.
I’ll never understand this thing. He wondered why he bothered keeping it.
“That was close,” Rust whispered.
“Yeah,” Forest said, padding over to them. Spark hadn’t spoken. “Spark?”
“Those Carnotaurs—“ her breath faltered, and he heard her tail thump the ground. “I know them.”
“What?”
Sparks eyes met Forest’s. “They’re my parents.”
There was pause.
“No way,” Rust breathed.
“Your parents—?“ Forest didn’t know what to say. Spark had mentioned them many times. She didn’t like to—he could see in her eyes when she spoke of them. They were bad parents to both Spark and her older brother, and the two adults had eventually abandoned them. It had hurt Spark more than teeth or claws ever could, but apparently had made her brother stronger. Afterwards, he left, too, and Spark was on her own.
“Why would they be here??” Spark murmured, half to herself. Her voice cracked uncontrollably.
“Who knows,” Rust said.
“I have a few guesses,” Spark hissed, baring her teeth.
“Hey!” Crimson snapped from up ahead. Her, Nyx and Bramble had paused to wait just up ahead. “Bramble is refusing to leave you three, but I’d gladly have done it by now! You gonna keep chinwagging like three gossiping hatchlings or keep walking?” She sounded stern, but there was a slight bit of sarcasm to it.
“We’re coming,” Spark said. She looked to Forest and Rust. “Come on.”
Once dumb old me was in the arctic and I had tamed a sabertooth named Diego, and I had a big wood base and a campfire and good ish stuff. So I went to tame a penguin and I did. I named him Goomba. But, when things got nice and happy, THE GIGA I encountered and died to earlier WAS BACK. AND ANGRY. He ATE MY BASE, MY PENGUIN, AND MY SABERTOOTH before EATING ME. R.I.P. my base and everyone else
P.S. 1 like = 1 prayer for Goomba and Diego
Once I had a kairuku named penguin we hunted creatures together we killed turtles dilos etc until we tried to kill a trike I brought my assault rifle and I began shooting that we were running around until the trike ran into the water and killed my penguin. With a fury I hopped on my Rex and killed every trike I saw every pachyrhino was killed all the trikes were slaughtered. THIS WASN'T RIGHT PENGIN WAS SUPPOSED TO BE THE CHOSEN ONE THE GOD OF THIS WORLD HE WAS SUPPOSED TO BE A HERO HE WAS.... Then it all went black
So I was flying in the artic with my pteranodon and I saw a rex killing these guys, so I flew next to the rex and picked up a penguin, as I flew away I dropped it in the ocean so the rex couldn’t get it and they swim. Then I saw a cute baby red penguin, so I grabbed him, took him to a big iceberg and tamed him up. I realised it would be too much of a struggle to fly back carrying him so I made him stay, put around 10 food in him, then flew as quick as I could back to my base (near the beach) it only took me 3 stops bc my pteranodon has so much stamina. when I summoned the little guy, I saw him on the sand and said to myself “awww aren’t you cute-“ then I watched him fall to the ground and die ;-; I was so traumatised my new pet just died in front of me. Idk if I didn’t put enough food in or the little guy didn’t wanna be surrounded by sarcos and spinos for the rest of his life so he killed himself ;-; poor pengu
So I found one of these and knocked it out after shooting it with like 15 tranqs finally I realized I only had cooked meat on me and some raw meat from my megladon I was finding to see if she had my tapes TEK saddle I gave Kira the cooked meat anyway and now I tamed her and gave her my cloth hat it looks so cute on her I’m now gonna see if I can dye it black I also spent some time making the albino lookalike a penguin she is now a penguin >Hope he enjoyed le story!<
I tried to tame one of these but dire wolfs kept attacking the ones I was trying to tame and all the rest around so naturally I got so mad I killed all the dire wolfs in the area and spawned a female and male with cheats and tamed them so now all is well with the world and the dire wolf population has decreased a lot 😌😏
