To activate/deactivate the light without removing it from your shoulder, hold 't' on PC and in the emote menu choose 'light.'

Iguanodons can convert berries and veggies in their inventory into seeds. Get one for your featherlights. My shinehorns also eat seeds before any other food in their inventory, so it came in handy.

To the person from 2022 asking how these aren’t an early game tame, well now they are surprisingly!, I mean , if you have a pteranodon on Fjordur and go to the swamp to quickly gather some auric mushrooms for them, and fly out and go to the small aberration cave that requires no hazard suit all you have to do is find a Featherlight,

and hope there’s no rock drakes near it, ( They spawn in there as well as Ravagers, Megalosaurs,Scorpions

idk about anything else dangerous, that’s all I’ve seen that attack, unless you count roll rats that attack if you steal their gems

So in Fjordur they are technically early game ig

Grapple hook them like other light pets to take them in a safe spot to tame.

How is there mobile kibble for it if its not in mobile

As of June 25, 2022 they eat raw meat too after taming

With all light pets such as (bulb dog, featherlight, shinehorn act.) when there light is on, you deal a lot more damage to reapers and you take less too.

One of my favorite creatures, since right when i was getting into ark (I started by watching YouTube videos.)

A shame there's not a ton of info on the little guys.

Crystal Isles have them! Not exactly sure where but my tribemates have seen them.

Fjord cave top right hand side of map behind the waterfall 1.46 89.89 is easy tames nothing dangerous...

These guys will eat seeds as well as meat, just tested.

Easier to tame w z seed, make sure to have a hazmat suit.

When it lands place a foundation on it and build a box around it, that will keep it from flying away while you try to tame it. (Similar to vulture taming)

Can use raw meat or Auric Mushrooms when raising
