If you want one of these, be prepared. They exist in areas around the Spine and beyond. There are Seekers, there are Nameless. If these donโt get you, then the Reaper Queen will surely get you. Not recommended for solo players who arenโt prepared for the worst. Bring your best and be prepared for anything. Zip lines, charge lanterns and batteries, light Dinos, guns. You name it, and itโs recommended to bring.
Just donโt bring your battle Bulbdog. I still mourn the loss of Pugbert. RIP

Once tamed they eat meat and mushrooms
Trap it in a Wooden Cage and feed it through the bars for an easy tame

When raising it eats meat! You would think berries nope plain old raw meat happy Raising!
Even though it eats mushrooms to tame, it eats meat afterwards. Makes very cute chirps!
To the person from 2022 asking how these arenโt an early game tame, well now they are surprisingly!, I mean , if you have a pteranodon on Fjordur and go to the swamp to quickly gather some auric mushrooms for them, and fly out and go to the small aberration cave that requires no hazard suit all you have to do is find a Featherlight,
and hope thereโs no rock drakes near it, ( They spawn in there as well as Ravagers, Megalosaurs,Scorpions
idk about anything else dangerous, thatโs all Iโve seen that attack, unless you count roll rats that attack if you steal their gems
So in Fjordur they are technically early game ig
If you are on The Island server and you need to feed a baby featherlight, fill its inventory with raw meat and NOT berries or it'll die.
