Stories Tips

What are some stories about the fasolasuchus? Memorable fasolasuchus stories, wild encounters, and fan fiction.
Hey Ranger!!!
Congrats on being an uncle!!! Though, be careful on what you post pulicly that might reveal personal stuff about you.
Also, if you’re telling the truth about what you said there, that was really a smart thing you did, but you might want to wait or say nothing about that again. I’d probably suggested you wait until you’re older to say anything. (Also, *sobs as he realizes he’s probably the oldest person who fanfics here…) so uh, yeah. I think most of everyone in Achatina and that are okay to know that info and won’t really care, but to be safe. Just wait until you’re older to reveal your age or never do mention it again. I am myself a young adult, and I still rarely mention my age for the same reason. So please be careful when saying that type of stuff. And stay safe!!!
I’m glad you’re continuing to write!!! Hope to see more of you!!!
Until Next Time!!!

Scorched Earth exclusives goes from Chapters 26-37.5.
When the sun went down,
And the group was gone…
Ascension had come…
And so the time has come…
Scorched Earth was the next one…
And so… it begins…
It was 6 PM on The Island. But because of where Scorched Earth was, it was 11 PM over there. It took them two minutes to get there. Sodden and his group had gone through the path, then crashed through the dome around the northern part of the Ark, near the green obelisk. It was kind of cold in the Ark, as it was late at night. Near the vast dunes of the northeast, there was a large blue ball that had been launched into the Ark. It whizzed towards the ground quickly, then it crashed into some rocks, and dissolved, revealing a group of survivors that had just arrived. Sodden was the first to get up. He opened his eyes, then sat up and looked around. “Well, we’re here.” Sodden said. He got up and walked to Rod, who lay next to him and Dorack and Serenity. Nal didn’t seem to be nearby. Dorack opened his eyes next and got up. Sodden held out his hand and Dorack took it, then got up. Rod and Serenity got up just then. “So what now?” Rod asked. “Well, the obvious first thing we’re gonna do is get resources.” Sodden said. “Well, most of us are Level 1 so… maybe go get some explorer notes?” Dorack said. “I don’t know. What if some dangerous creatures find us while we do that?” Rod said. “Guys. We won’t get anywhere just standing here. We gotta think of something.” Sodden said. “Wait. Where’s Nal?” Dorack said. “Uh… I don’t know.” Sodden said as he looked around. Sodden ran to a nearby rock then climbed up it. He looked around, but the darkness was making it hard for him to see. “I can’t find anything.” Sodden said. “Uh… well, I heard that during ascension, sometimes one of the survivors can detach from the group coming into the Ark and land somewhere else. Maybe that happened.” Dorack said. Sodden jumped down just then. “What? So she’s just somewhere else on this Ark? Alone? Probably in the middle of a whole bunch of dangerous creatures?!” Sodden yelled. “Guys. Can we get going? We don’t have forever.” Rod said. “He’s right. I still have all my levels, remember? They can’t be taken away even in ascension. So I can help a lot with this. But we gotta be careful still. We have no items.” Serenity said. “True.” Dorack said. Sodden walked to a nearby tree and punched it a few times, then he got some thatch and a piece of wood. “Come on, guys. We gotta get started.” Sodden said. Everyone else nodded and ran to some trees and cactuses, and kicked and punched them down and collected resources.
A few kilometers south, Nal lay on the ground, near some rocks, cacti, and a small river. She started moving her head, then opened her eyes. She let out a exhale then stood up and rubbed her eyes. She then looked around. “Uh… guys?” Nal said. She walked around the area, but she couldn’t see anything. “What? Where’s everyone?” Nal gasped. She then walked to the river, where a tree sat on a rock, then she climbed the rock and punched the tree a few times, Some sticks fell to the ground, along with a log. Nal picked them up and put them in the bag that was on her back. Nal walked off the rock and up north. “Well, better hope I find something.” Nal said. She kept walking around rocks and towards the green obelisk. Then just after around a minute of walking, she heard some snuffing. She gasped and ran towards a rock. She hid behind it as the noise got louder. Then she heard loud screeching and saw a raptor eating up a dead Jerboa, who had a hole in its body and blood on the ground. The raptor was eatng out some of the meat, then another raptor ran from the bushes and started eating it too. Then suddenly, Nal heard some deep growling from behind. Nal slowly turned her head around, gasping, and saw another pair of raptors. But they weren’t wild this time. They screeched in anger, and someone shouted. “No, wait! That’s a new survivor, stop!” A voice shouted from the diistance. The raptors turned around. Nal stood up, and the person walked to the raptors. “Okay, guys. Let’s not scare people like that, okay? I’m pretty sure she just arrived. We all saw that blue thing come in.” The person said to the raptors. The raptors nodded and ran behind the person as he walked to Nal. “Hey. My name’s Gitez. Named after a warrior from another universe. Uh, what’s your name?” The person asked. “Oh, okay. My name’s Nal. I’ve been separated from my friends when we got here.” Nal said. “Wait, so you didn’t spawn here? Then that means… Congratulations on your ascension.” Gitez said. “Thanks. I didn’t come here alone. I just got separated from them. I have Sodden, Serenity, Rod…” Nal said, then Gitez interrupted. “Wait, you’re the team of Journey Through All Creatures!? Oh, my god. And you brought someone from the C Tribe. Wow. That’s pretty insane.” Gitez said. “Yeah. I was just looking for the others.” Nal said. “Well, we’d be glad to help you. I was just sleeping in my base and saw the blue ball came down. The light woke me up and I came here with my raptors to see what it was, then I found you hiding from these two wild raptors.” Gitez said. “Okay. Well, maybe you can come?” Nal said. “Yeah. I’m just a little tired. But I think I can go. Where did you see your friends?” Gitez said. “I’m pretty sure they landed somewhere close to the green obelisk. I saw them fly towards there, then I just got thrown off course and crashed into the nearby river.” Nal said. “Okay. I wake up to a group of survivors in the middle of the night, and discover that the team who will save the Arks from the C Tribe is here. That’s… okay. Let’s go.” Gitez said. Nal nodded then got on one of Gitez’s raptors. Gitez got on the other and the two walked towards the green obelisk.
While the two were walking, Gitez looked at Nal and thought, “So they’re here. I hope they get to Extinction safely.” “Uh, Nal… can I ask you something?” Gitez said. Nal looked at him and nodded. “Do you guys have a plan when you get back? I know Terad has some kind of scheme.” Gitez said. “Uh, not yet. I’m not really concerned about Terad as long as he doesn’t find out what we’re really up to.” Nal said. “Yeah… Rod. I don’t like the looks of that guy. Especially not after what he did to Serenity in Aberration.” Gitez said. Then as Nal opened her mouth to say something, she got cut off by a deep noise. It kind of sounded like snoring. Gitez looked forward and gasped. “Oh, no. You see that yellow rock over there?” Gitez asked as he pointed forward to a large yellow rock. “Yeah.” Nal said. Gitez whistled for both his raptors to stop walking. “That’s a Rock Elemental. He does not like to be disturbed. We’re gonna have to go around him.” Gitez said. “There’s a path behind him.” Nal said as he pointed to a path behind the yellow rock, which went up a cliff that went towards a flat rocky area that would be a straight shot to the green obelisk. “But how would we get to that path?” Gitez asked. “I don’t know. We’ll have to find a way.” Nal said. Then as the two were talking, there was rustling. The bushes near the rocks rustled, then got louder. Then a Lystro crawled out and started sniffing. Nal whispered loudly to the Lystro, trying to get its attention. The Lystro was distracted by the berry bush right next to the yellow rock. “No. No.” Nal whispered. “That’s our cue to leave.” Gitez said. Nal nodded in agreement, then the raptors walked right. They were going to go around the cliff. The Lystro bit a berry on the bush, then ate it. But the crunching of its teeth caused the Rock Elemental to growl. It then burst out of its yellow rock and roared at the Lystro. It then pulled a rock out of the ground and slammed it into the Lystro before it could leave.
Nal and Gitez heard the slam from the cliff. “Oh, god. This is not good. First night and we’re separated, we almost get slammed by a Rock Elemental, and also almost die to raptors.” Nal said. “Yeah. Some people don’t have a good first day.” Gitez said. Nal nodded. The raptors walked along the cliff wall, next to some rocks.
Then as they walked, they approached a small river. Across from it was a bundle of trees and bushes, around the large green obelisk. Walking for 2 hours had paid off. “Well, we’re here.” Gitez said. “Yeah.” Nal said. Then as the two were about to cross the river, there was quiet footsteps. The footsteps were falling very quickly, as if the creature was running fast. But they didn’t see anything. “What the heck?” Nal said. “Kind of sounds like…” Gitez said. He was about to tell Nal to run when suddenly… SCREECH!! Three Trodons leaped out of the bushes and clung onto the two. One clung their claws onto Gitez’s shoulder. Gitez shouted as he tried to throw it off. Nal had two Trodons on her. She tried to throw them off, then one of them bit her neck and she fell off the raptor. She screamed as she tried to throw off the Trodons. Then another Trodon leaped out of the bush and pushed Gitez off. The raptors screeched as they tried to pull the Trodons off. Nal was losing health very quickly, and blood was pouring out of her body. She kept screaming as she tried to push them off, then she started to lose energy. “No!” Gitez yelled as he tried to hit the Trodons away. Then as Gitez took out a sword and tried to kill the Trodons biting his flak armor off, something else screeched. It screeched very loudly and there was a bright light. The light caused the Trodons to look up and screech in fear as it ran away. Gitez looked up and saw the light moving fast. Then it got closer. Gitez covered his eyes, then the light turned off. He saw Sodden, Rod, Dorack, and Serenity running at them. “Oh, my god. What the heck happened here!?” Dorack yelled. “Hi, guys. My name’s Gitez. I was helping your friend get back to you, then we got here, then a pack of Trodons attacked us.” Gitez said. Then Dorack stood in shock. “Wait… as in GitezGood? No way. The warrior that helped the wyverns win their war? Are we in the same universe?” Dorack said. Gitez laughed loudly and said, “A lot of people confuse me with that. No. I’m just named after him.” Gitez said. “Oh.” Dorack said. He sounded disappointed. “Oh, don’t worry. Maybe you’re in the same universe as Queen Syl. You’re just gonna have to get to Aberration to find out.” Gitez said as he put his hand on Dorack’s shoulder. “We heard the screeching and screaming while we were looking for Nal, and we came as fast as we could. We managed to tame a low level raptor and it… oh, no.” Sodden said as he noticed Nal. “Is she…” Rod said, then the group got a notification. “Oh, yep. Nal, Level 2, was killed by Trodon. Well, guess we’re back on the hunt again.” Sodden said. “Yeah. Don’t worry. I’ll help you guys find her.” Gitez said. “Well, while we’re here…” Sodden said as he turned his head to the obelisk terminal. “Oh, yeah. Reaper the Raptor.” Serenity said. Sodden chuckled as he walked to the terminal. He opened the inventory and went into Transfer Creatures, then took out the cryopod inside. “What’s that?” Gitez asked. “This is my best raptor, Reaper. She was 100% imprinted, she’s brave, and she saved me and my friends in the Strong Cave. I wouldn’t have gotten here if it wasn’t for her.” Sodden said as he turned to Gitez. “That’s great. Now show me the Utahraptor.” Gitez said. Sodden nodded and threw the cryopod at the ground in front of Gitez. Then a raptor showed up from it. It looked up and then turned around. “Oh, my god. That is no joke the craziest raptor I’ve ever seen! Wait… guys. Did you see…” Gitez said as he pointed to the raptor’s large claw on its right leg. Sodden walked to the raptor and looked closely. Dorack, Rod, and Serenity walked to it and looked at it. There was a very small glow on it. There was also a speck on it. It seemed like a gem, some kind of energy emitted from it. “What is that?” Sodden asked. “That, my friend, is the rarest mutation in the universe. What raptors was she hatched from?” Gitez said. “Uh… a Level 130 male raptor and Level 85 female. The Level 130 had a weird red claw.” Sodden said. “What? Then that means your raptor… she has the Cera mutation. Like Cerametal. The metal your implants are made of. That little speck is from the red claw, or what some would call the super claw. Some say it can have an implant in it. Creature implants are insanely rare. If Reaper has an implant, then she’s not a normal raptor.” Gitez said. “Wow. So what?” Sodden asked. “Creature implants make the creature stronger than normal, faster than normal, and even… sometimes act like humans. A pet. But it’s so rare almost no one has it.” Gitez said. “Wow. So you mean… Reaper is more than a normal raptor?” Sodden said. “Yeah. Even when you find these creatures with a red part of his body that looks metal, which is a insanely rare spawn, and happens when the creature’s essence is mixed with a human implant on accident. Even when the implant’s material touches the creature, it can still spawn a implant. But it’s so rare. That red part can disappear after 7 days after you tame it, but if you get it on a baby and it grows to adulthood, the implant stays forever until the creature dies.” Gitez said. “So you’re saying… I had managed to breed these raptors over and over, then get a huge mutation on a raptor that turns out to be a ultra-rare Creature Implant? What?!” Sodden yelled as he looked at Reaper. “That’s insane. We managed to get a wooden base set up. It’s not much but it should be good. We found a lake near here that we can settle down in. We have the essentials set up. Why don’t we get back to base, then in the morning, we can figure out something?” Serenity said. “Yeah. So… yeah. Let’s go.” Sodden said. “Wanna come?” Dorack asked to Gitez. “Oh, I would like to, but it’s past 1 in the morning, and I have a tribe. So I’ll see you later, okay? Hope you find your friend. I’ll find you later this morning and help you find Nal.” Gitez said. Dorack nodded, then Sodden got on his raptor, and Gitez got on his, waved at the others to say bye, then looked the other way and started walking. Sodden and his raptor, along with the others, started walking back east towards their new base.
Day 1 on Scorched Earth.
Day 107 of the Journey
The sun had come up on the Ark. It was 8 in the morning, and the sunlight flowed across the entire Ark. The first full day on Scorched Earth had dawned. The light flowed through the windows of a wooden base that sat next to a body of water, a lake. Inside the base was a couple large rooms, one with 5 beds and another with a cooking pot, preserving bin, mortar and pestle, and three storage boxes placed next to each other. Sodden and his friends lay on separate beds, and as the light came in, Sodden began to move his head. He opened his eyes slowly, then got up and groaned. “Well, why don’t we get up?” Sodden weakly said. He yawned then got up and walked to the other rooms. Dorack, Serenity, and Rod got up just then. The fifth bed was for Nal, who was currently somewhere else now. She had respawned way further than last time, so now it would take longer to find her. Sodden walked into the other room, as did everyone else. Some meat had been cooked and was sitting in the preserving bin, waiting for the others. Sodden opened the bin and took out four pieces of meat, then as the others walked to the bin, Sodden gave one to each person. Dorack took his piece and walked to the window. “Well, what now?” Dorack said. “We can save Fasolauchus and Deathworm for later. We need to find Nal and meet up with Gitez and his tribe.” Sodden said. “Okay, then. How would we even destroy the Deathworm at such a low level?” Rod asked. “We can’t, even with our raptor. At least not alone. We should find Gitez and talk to him.” Sodden said. “True. The fact he’s named after someone so famous… dude. I read somewhere the crystal wyverns in the war were able to take over the castle thanks to Gitez. This multiverse is strange.” Dorack said, looking up out the window. Sodden walked to him, eating his meat. “Yeah. It’s cool.” Sodden said. He finished eating the cooked meat then walked to the door. “So what?” Serenity said as she ate the last of her meat. “Well… we just find Gitez and find Nal, then we can start progressing.” Sodden said. Dorack and Rod walked to Sodden, as did Serenity. Sodden opened the door and the group walked out. “We don’t have a lot of tames, so it’d take a while for us to get there.” Dorack said. “Yeah. A raptor can hold two people. Me and Serenity will get on Reaper while you and Rod get on the other raptor.” Sodden said to Dorack. Dorack nodded, then walked to the small fence just next to the lake, where the raptor sat. Dorack whistled for the raptor to come, and it growled as it walked out of the fence. Rod walked to it, then he and Dorack got on it, Dorack sitting on the front and Rod just behind him. Sodden threw a cryopod at the ground and Reaper came out. Sodden and Serenity got on the raptor just then. “Okay. I’m pretty sure Gitez’s base is a few miles east of the green obelisk. That’s around halfway across the map from here. Let’s get started.” Sodden said. The others nodded, then they set off for Gitez’s base. They had to find Nal before they could do anything.

Chapter 23
‘Am I dead? No, I can't be dead. I can’t be-’ “HUFF, HUFF.” Fuzzball panted as he suddenly woke up. He saw his body underneath the sand and the heavy log, then he looked around for the others. It seems to be already noon. “Guys! Anyone?” Fuzzball shouted desperately for the other, but no answers came. Fuzzball quickly pushed the log off him and got out of the hot sand, (he was also afraid of sandgators from a childhood story).
As he got up he looked around. Fuzzball was in the middle of nowhere. “Guys! Can you hear me?” Fuzzball shouted again. No answers came. He quickly dug the sand around him to hope of seeing the Dodo’s, but nothing showed except some old broken bones. The sand in his fur made the sun's ray extremely hot, his vision soon became blurry. He searched inside one of Chunks bags he had been carrying, and saw a gallon of water separated into fours. He grabbed one of the canteens and poured it over him.
There were also 4 long breads, 2 pounds of vegetables, 3 pounds of fruits, and some sauces that Fuzzball doesn’t know. “I pray to lord, that may the Dodo’s find their way through.” Fuzzball murmured then started to walk. He opened his pouch and saw Buddy sleeping. Then Fuzzball took out the mysterious cube that brought them here. “Come on! Get me out of here.” Fuzzball said to the lifeless cube. He wanted it to glow and bring him back to the flatlands. So they could find the tails. Fuzzball suddenly remembered the map to the tails and took it out from his other pouch. “That’s strange.. The map wasn’t like this before.” Fuzzball said. The place where it used to say Tails wasn’t there anymore, except it was in a different location. Fuzzball knew he had to get there, or else he could be trapped here forever. “GRRRMMM!” Fuzzball turned around and saw the sand flying, and it was heading right toward him.
“Uh oh.” Fuzzball said, he quickly turned around and ran. However, the creature was faster than Fuzzball and appeared right in front of him. “AHHHH! IT’S A DESERT WORM!” Fuzzball shouted in fright. He took out a pan in his bag and threw it at the worm. That just angered it more. “SKREAACH!” The worm went straight for Fuzzball but luckily he dodged it. Fuzzball suddenly saw a sand tornado circling around the worm, the worm spinned and spinned, until it was dragged all the way below the ground.
“BRRROOOSH!” Something came out of sand, except this time it wasn’t the worm. It was a Fasolasuchus, Fuzzball had learned about it in his biology class. The Faso was holding the desert worm's head in his mouth then swallowed it. “Mmm, a little bit sandy but it’s always like that.” The Faso then noticed Fuzzball. “Oh hello there young sir, whatcha doing out here in the middle of nowhere.” He asked. At first Fuzzball was too traumatized and frightened to say anything, but he gained enough courage to talk.
“I-I’m trying to find the tails.” Fuzzball replied. “Ah, well I am part of the Tails, hop on and I’ll take you to the camp, also names Sand.” Sand said.
Fuzzball was finally gonna find the Tails.

War in the Mountains
Chapter Two: A Warrior’s Regret
(Pyro POV)
The Raptori hold didn’t last long after the Demon fell. Hundreds of wyverns rained, decimating our numbers and forcing we raptors to pull back into the bunker far neath the main tunnels. Many eggs were crushed, young slain, elders felled. I knew there was truly one thing we could do. ‘Clawlock! Wolf! Scorchling! Talon! After me! We’re taking the fight to the Demons!’ I called, knowing, even if we failed, that we’d sure the Overseer take a couple of Demons with us. Talon nodded, the look in his eyes clear as day; he wanted a fight. (Here’s a description of Clawlock, Scorchling, Wolf, and Talon.
Clawlock: A red-black male raptor with eerie yellow eyes. One of the best hunters.
Scorchling: An ash-colored female raptor, with, like her brother, yellow eyes. She is an excellent fighter.
Wolf: A silver male raptor with dark blue eyes. He’s mute, but has an excellent sense of smell.
Talon: A dark green raptor, blind in one of his gray eyes but still a good fighter. I hope that clears up my need to put descriptions on everyone).
As quietly as possible, I moved a rock away from a secret exit. ‘After me, raptors.’ I said, instinctively dropping into a hunting crawl. Wolf darted ahead of me. Out of all of the Imperium raptors, Wolf was likely the best at tracking. ‘We’re going into the belly of the beast, I suppose.’ Scorchling said (And yes, I meant to spell it ScorchLING. Not Scorching). ‘Yep. No doubt about it. Of course, we will die.’ Talon said grimly. I sighed in annoyance. ‘Can you please quit being a pessimist?’ I said. We continued on, the tunnel above our heads faintly shaking from the weight of many wyverns. Finally, we reached the end. Wolf slid a talon under the rock, flipping it over. I climbed out first, then Clawlock, then Talon, and finally Wolf. Scorchling stayed in to make sure no one crept up behind us. Leaping sideways, I narrowly dodged a sudden blast of wyvern fire. ‘INTRUDERS!’ the wyvern screeched. As quickly as they could, Clawlock and Talon lunged at the wyvern, one on each wing. Wolf padded calmly up to the wyvern.
And then I heard something shocking.
Wolf began to speak in Wyrmish, the ancient tongue of the Wyverns. After a few moments, the wyvern nodded. ‘So, you raptors are willing to stand down?’ it asked. Wolf shook his head, a, well, wolfish grin on his face. The Demon was now annoyed. It smacked Wolf aside, tilted its wings backward to knock off Talon and Clawlock, and I stood alone against a Demon almost twice the size of the one that I had faced before.

War in the Mountains
Prologue: Behold a Pale Horse: The Start of the War
The head of the wyvern scout group, Cobra, grinned evilly. ‘Those Raptori heretics must be slain. The Void Wyrm is the true king of Rel’dök!’ (Rel’dök is the Wyvern name for the continent). The wyverns roared their approval, eyes ablaze with the hunger for conquest. Cobra loosed a blaze of flame into the sky, a symbol for the main group to move forth, and with them, incoming doom for the Raptors…
Chapter One: To Kill a Demon
(Pyro POV)
My eyes scanned the dead forest, darting into cover to avoid an incoming wyvern patrol. ‘Overseer above…. They call themselves ‘wyverns’. Demons, more like it. .’ I snarled. ‘They are no Dragon-children, as they claim to be. They crawled up from that horrible crevice of theirs, destroying the Stygian Isles, scorching the very snow. How, I know not.’ I muttered, tapping a talon against a rock. Clawlock padded up behind me, eyes flickering across the ash-filled sky. ‘Are you sure you should be out of the dens? A Demon could grab you any time.’ he said. ‘You think I don’t know that, brother?’ I asked rhetorically. ‘Fair, Pyro, fair. Now, shall we search this wasteland for food?’ Clawlock said, the faintest trace of a smile on his red-black scaled face. The eerie hiss of wind passing through barren trees would set any raptor on edge, and with the Wyverns having practically taken over the Imperium, there was much more to fear than a falling tree. Another hiss spread through the air, this one reptilian. ‘Heretical raptors! You crawl up from you horrible little holes to set a stain upon the ground!’ A wyvern said at it landed. Almost instantly, it lunged at Clawlock. He side-stepped and slashed his claws at the Demon’s snout. It darted backward, then I launched myself at the Demon’s chest, all claws stabbing into the wyvern’s stomach, slashing at anything I could. Clawlock reappeared, battered by the Demon’s tail, a large slash along his arm. ‘You need help?’ He asked. I shook my head, then tilted it towards the caves. ‘Get to base. Tell Mom and General Typhoon to prepare.’ I said. The wyvern painfully twisted its head, strange red eyes aglow. ‘You…can’t…win…,.’ It wheezed. I knew I had hit something vital. Then, the Demon’s feeble breathing faded. The horrible roar of more wyverns came like a cacophony of terror and rage. The sole word I could make out was ‘Dragonslayer’.

The tale of the shadow phoenixes
Chapter twenty seven.
The Riddles had left the day before. Cole headed to Arianna’s house. He had one desire in his heart and he had to tell his one true love. He felt almost giddy with excitement weirdly now that James was gone. Now nobody stood in the way of him and Arianna. Cole rang the doorbell to the Black’s house. The door opened and Irene looked out. Irene’s face looked very pale. She smiled at him. “Hello Cole.” Irene said. “Hi. I’m here to see Arianna.” Cole said. Irene nodded. “She’s upstairs.” Cole walked upstairs to Arianna’s door and knocked.
Arianna lay on her bed with her face buried in her pillow. She had cried and cried until she could cry no more. “Oh James, why did you leave me?” She thought. *knock, knock*. Someone knocked on her door. Arianna got up, wiped her face and opened the door.
The door opened and Arianna came out. Her eyes were bloodshot and teary. “Yes.” She asked. “Can I come in?” Cole asked. Arianna nodded. He walked in and she shut the door behind him. Cole reached into his pocket and was about to pull out a ring when a crash came from downstairs. “Arianna!” Arianna’s father called from downstairs. Arianna flew past Cole and hurried downstairs. Cole followed her. “Mom!” Arianna cried. Irene lay on the floor breathing hard, her eyes flickering. “I think she’s having a stroke!” Cole started for the door. “I’ll go get the doctor.” He began. “No.” Arianna’s father said. Cole turned to them. Irene’s eyes were closed and she had stopped breathing, her hand was still holding Arianna’s. Arianna let out a loud sob. “Mom!” She put her head on her dead mother’s chest and sobbed nonstop. Marvelo set his jaw and blinked furiously, trying to keep the tears from coming.
The next day, the funeral proceeded. “Amazing grace how sweet the sound that saved a wretch like me. I once was lost but now I’m found, was blind but now I see…” the choir sang. They continued but were more like background music and nobody really listened to them. People came up and comforted Arianna and be father but honestly there was one person that Arianna missed the most that she needed comfort from. His face kept flashing in her mind’s eye. His mischievous brown eyes, his long black hair, his strong jawline, and his velvety lips. They’d only been inches apart from touching her lips. But now he was gone. “Oh James, why did you leave me?”

Chapter twenty five.
James helped Jane out of the boat and unto the shore. “Sorry about that Jane.” James apologized. Jane smiled at him. “It’s okay James. Bye!” James said. James waved goodbye looking around for Tom. He spotted them over by Arianna. James took a deep breath and walked up to them. “Tom. We need to go. Now.” James said. Tom sighed. “I’ll see you later.” Tom told Leah. Leah smiled brightly. “See you later.” She replied.
Tom and James walked home. “Why are you in such a hurry to get him? I was gonna walk with Leah home.” Tom said. James sighed. “Mom and dad are probably waiting for us.” James replied. Tom frowned at his brother. He knew James was lying but didn’t say anything. They walked in silence till they came to their house. Their parents and Jenny were waiting for them, their parents with solemn expressions on their faces. “Hi mom, hi dad what going on?” James asked. “We’re leaving the day after tomorrow so say goodbye to your friends. " Edward said. “Why?” Tom asked. “Because you two will be king soon and first y’all have to practice.” Sophia said.
James stormed upstairs and Tom followed him quietly. James climbed into his bunk and pulled his blanket over his head. Tom sighed and sat on the edge of his bunk. “You okay James?” Silence followed for a second then james sat up pulling the blanket off him. “I don’t get it! Why do we have to go?! I don’t want to be king! I don’t want this…medallion!” James exclaimed angrily. He yanked at the medallion around his neck. “James..” Tom began. “Do you know how terrible it is knowing that if I die, that I’m stuck here and will just come back?!” James said. Tom gazed into James’ eyes. “Listen James. We may not like who we are but we can’t change that, we just have to live up to the life given to us.”

Chapter Three: Infernus
(This is going to be GORY. So, leave if you don’t really like blood and guts. Also, the title is slightly based off of Doom. The gore is for lore reasons. And also because).
Pyro snaked through the thick undergrowth, relying not upon his eyes, but his smell. A nightmare from around two years ago was on his mind, and finally, he gave into it.
A fire, ravaging the Imperium. A massive, crimson wyvern with another five Demons following it and thousands more circling and killing indiscriminately. Blood and bodies of the slaughtered and wounded lay scattered on the grass, horrible screams of those who burned echoing in his mind. The feeble cries of the near-dead. The overwhelming smell of burnt flesh and the sharp, metallic taste of blood. The sight of absolute carnage as the Demons ran at the survivors who were huddled around the entrance to the dens. A terrifying howl of rage and misery came from nearby as a young female raptor saw her eggs being crushed. Pyro flickered around, his eyes locked on a nearby wyvern. He lunged, claws a-blaze with fury at the sight of the many dead. Many young who would never grow up. Elders that died in pain.
His father on the ground, torn throat seeping blood.
The raptor grabbed the Demon by the throat, the other arm prepared to slam into its throat. Three of the claws on his hand stabbed into the Demon facing him. He threw it to the ground, jumped onto it, and practically ripped open its chest, uncaring of his own injuries. ‘Suffer, Demon. My kind shall be tormented no more.’ Pyro said, his own words reverberating through his head as he remembered them. ‘I do not die, worm,’ the wyvern had hissed. It reared up on its hind legs, wings making feeble attempts of flight. Blasts of lighting launched from its jaws, leaving a large slash along Pyro’s side. He remembered it now, tracing a claw along it. The screech of a young raptor had renewed his energy to fight, and he launched up against the Demon’s mouth, shutting it as he clawed at its eyes with the talons on his hind legs. He launched himself off as the beast fell. Satisfied with the kill, he scanned for the younger raptors. Seeing a small group cornered, he ran towards them, sliding to the side when he reached them, putting himself between the Demon and the litter of raptors. The small ones roared their defiance at the Demon, and Pyro smiled. ‘I will not let you even touch the young of Imperium. Die.’ he said, rearing up and slashing at the Demon’s throat. It danced back, out of the way. Purple stood his ground and beckoned for the wyvern to come closer.
It took the bait, and Pyro jumped onto its neck, claws ripping its wings, jaws sinking into its flesh. Shaking its head like an angry dog, the Demon tried to throw him off. ‘Morieris, vermis. Non me.’ it tried to say. (Translation: ‘You will die, worm. Not me.’). ‘Si morior, si morior. Vivere volo, daemonium.’ Pyro replied. (Translation: If I die, I die. But I intend to live, demon). Pyro bit into its right wing, nearly ripping it off. The beast roared in pain, slashing at the Praetor with horrible fury. Three claws marred the Heir’s right arm, a burning pain spreading through him. ‘Clawlock. Help…’ a poisoned Pyro weakly said. His brother, nearby, darted over. He was the battlefield medic and an experienced fighter, and thus carried the Wyvern-cut antidote. The wyvern was nearby, bleeding to death. Clawlock poured a small amount into his wounds. ‘Let it rest. We’re retreating into the Lower Dens, so gather the young and run to the Bunker.’ Pyro’s brother said. The Praetor and his brother gathered up the surviving children. (Surviving. The very thought of young dead sickened the Heir). There, they and the last of the Guard went into the Lower Bunkers. And, five days later, Chapter One happens.

Chapter 28 ~the forge~
“This is our city, Mandralia.” The dinopithicus said gesturing with his arms towards a huge Aztec temple with a Japanese style city, the entire city was made of gold but very overgrown. The three dinopithicus walked with Nash through the city. two of them dragged the Rhyniognathas corpse behind them and Nash and the other ape walked a bit ahead the dinopithicus was giving Nash a tour, telling him facts and stories of the buildings they were walking past, Nash liked this monkey. Some other dinopithicus stopped what they were doing and or came out of their homes they were very surprised by the dead Rhyniognatha, some even cheered, in an ape-like hooting sort of way. Nash didn’t like all the attention, he wasn’t used to it. “I never got your name, small warrior.” The dinopithicus said. “It’s Nash Hallow.” Nahs said. “I am called Xu Wei.” Xu said. Then continued on along the road until they reached a certain building. “And this, is our forge, here we craft our katanas and samurai armor. And here… you will craft yours.” Xu said. “It would be my honor, but only if your noble blacksmith is up to it.” Nash replied. “Blacksmith? No blacksmith, you shall make it yourself.”
It was hard work, Nash had to melt down the Rhyniognathas exoskeleton, resin, and iron together, then he had to create molds, luckily a dinopithicus sculptor offered his aid. It was hot, backbreaking work, but when Nash was finished he felt proud of his achievement. Now he had another task a sword, he explained to the sculptor how a broadsword looked but the ape shook it’s head “no, you want to be one of us, you must fight like us. You make katana.” “But I don’t know how to fight with a katana.” Nash protested. “Do you know broadsword?”
“Well, no..”
“then what is difference. Katana is lighter and more agile anyway, you fight better, especially with your size.”
“Well I guess the knights of my village did have to be grounded when they battled.. so maybe lighter is good..”
“hmm, yes, you see I am always right.”
They made a katana, the sculptor had to make a new smaller mold for Nash, and Nash made a few bent metal sticks before he got it right. But he succeeded. He dawned his new armor and weapon. he looked like a samurai, but the armor was silver with a tinge of orange, and the sculptor made it to look like the Rhyniognathas textured hide. “This is so light.” Nash said amazed, the sculptor nodded. “Ahh I see you have crafted your armor.” Xu said walking into the forge. “Yes and now- OH NO my friend i have forgotten! I need the artifact! It’s the only way to save him!” Nash said. “Hmm, this is troublesome… the king will not give away one of his prized possessions away easily, but there may be a way..” the dinopithicus said. “Then let’s go talk to the king!” Nash said anxiously. “Come.” Xu said.
