On the center make dunkleosteus quite the pest when trying to gather silica pearls or other deep water resources. If one is provoked by combat or getting too close other dunkleosteus will come to attack you from very far away and it is almost impossible to escape once they swarm you or your tame.

Dunkleosteus (meaning “Dunkle’s Bone”) in real life had the fastest bite of ANY animal in history, able open AND close its mouth in 1/50 OF A SECOND!! This causes water to be pulled in so quickly, it’s mouth then acted as a split-second vacuum, instantly pulling its prey into its mouth.
Oh, and it ate sharks during its time (late Devonian Period) since sharks weren’t as apex or as developed (looking more like eels, ie. the Cladasolache).
Steelslaughter here,
I’ve made the comment on this having the fastest bite of all time, and I thank you for correcting me with this information. I actually never heard about this ant, so major thanks for this break in the case. And sorry about what I said before with this creature.
Trap jaw ant was quicker with bite than dunk but they ranked high together and overcame many predators.
This big fish stays still even if there's a megalodon behind it. Thats why its easily killed.
The guy who was correcting the guy who said dunkle had the fastest bite, what if he is referring to the most fastest prehistoric creatures bite, and were not here to start a argument cause of a ant
this big monster can break the stone man's sheild like giga and ca
They may seem calm, and won't be dangerous most of the time, but don't be fooled: They boast descent damage and godlike resistance, think of them as Rock Elementals of the sea, exchanging HP for numbers.
Just like elementals, they have a small aggro range, very slow movement speed and not the highest of the DPS. But if you get cornered, be ready to suffer a slow death by their stone-crushing jaws.
Whoever said this thing is neutral was wrong... very wrong.
The Center map. 40Lat,85 Long- Countless Dunkleo pit. You're welcome for your death.
Is surprisingly stunned by a Baryonyx!
