This one is easy. To tame it you just need to shoot it with a boa launcher in the tail so it can't fly, have it fall in a valley that it can't climb out of, bring it fish every day, and finally, touch it on the nose. It will be your lifelong friend after that, and it will let you fly on its back. Just don't trust it to save your leg in a fight with another dragon. You will literally lose a leg and will have to learn the peg leg engram(not real, but should be!).
