Approach them with CAUTION bring some armor

I would recommend tek armor, Ascendent rocket launcher, and maybe some imprinted gigas to kill. May sound expensive, but you'll get 10 hide from it!

If you should sadly encounter a Wild Dodo DO NOT ANGER IT. It may look like it Fleeing the battle but it is actually regrouping with it flock. Onced regrouped this dino stops at nothing to track down it target. A lvl 1 dodo can whip a lvl 120 rex ALONE. In a flock they are a force to be reckoned with.

Yep dodos are freaking awesome! I made a Quetzal battle ship and all I do is strap c4 on these things then throw them into people's bases. Hip Hip Hurray for suicidal dodos!

The hardest creature to tame don't do it unless your tribe is rich enough for one narcoberry it's not worth it your better off taming a 180 giga:)

When fighting the fearsome dodo never go head on. I know from experience that dodos in a pack a hit hard took my 150 perfect tame giga out lost it to a lvl 1 dodo. Beware they are some of the most fearsome Dino's on the island. My tip to you is to only encounter from afar with ranged weapons such as rocket launchers. The best way I have found is to drag it out into a body of water, but beware they swim really fast, but get under then a pike with several friends.

Look, you’re gonna hear a lot of jokes about dodos, but these guys are legit. The other day I’m playing, you know harvesting some metal, and BOOM! A sarco comes running out of the water! It grabbed me and started to pull me back when my level 18 dodo comes screaming in and beats the life out of this level 12 sarco. I guess it was because the dodo had a higher hit speed than the sarco, I don’t know. But what I do know is that dodos....are an ark player’s best friend.
