1. Get an argy and get it to grab a dire wolf

2. Get it to a safe spot (like I did but then a theri spawned and killed my newly-tamed dire wolf :( )

3. I recommend feeding it raw prime meat grab extra in case it spoils I did it with only 2 prime meat

The direwolf is a great early to midgame mount for anyone who is able to tame them.Whil a you may think that there is just one always watch out mine times out of ten there is a pack.If you are able to tame up one that will become one of your most trustworthy mount even at low levels.

How to tame a direwolf

2 get argentavis

3take it to the thing you built

4 knock it out with trunk arrows

5 put kibble/prime meat down his throat

Get an argy and pick it up and drop it in a taming pen

I know the easiest way to tame a high level dire wolf.

Step:1- Kill a high level dire wolf you want to tame and take it's implant.

Step:2- Collect more than 30 ambers by farming the artifacts.

Step:3- Make a good trap at any obelisk with the help of YouTube and revive the dire wolf.

Step:4- Now trap the dire wolf.(You must have a flak armour)

Step:5- Now place a bed and sleep on it to do the trick.

Step:6- After sleeping you have to unconscious the dire wolf and you'll see that it's food level is 0 and it'll be tamed in seconds.

For the new Nordic map maybe they could add Frenir wolf as a boss or a tame. Please make it green for an ice wolf frenir tame. The devs need to know.

DO NOT TRY TO TAME ONE OF THIS IN THE CAVE! They cannot be tamed! I literally spent about an hour killing everything in the area except the wolf I wanted to tame and found out it WILL NOT EAT!

If you think your safe inside your house boat while in snow biome your wrong these monsters will glitch through your walls and eat you and your happy bunch

Early game mount if you know how to knock it out

Best way is to trap it and use a sling shot if in early game play

Breeding them is easy and hard for some reason one time I was breeding my wolves and it took 10 hours for gestation time and next time it was only 24 mins gestation time lol like bruh 😂😂😂

Guys on mobile don't go to away from the Dire wolf during taming it will glitch out of the world and die because I tried to tame one today I was freezing so I went to a warm place when I came back in the spot it was taming it wasn't there 😔 😢 I lost my future direwolf I was so sad but then I got two army eggs bc I killed one bc it agro me and the other one was fighting a sarco pls spread the word that if on mobile don't go to far away from Direwolfs while taming they will die spread the word!

when it sits, using RS on xbox (R3? on PS, right thumbstick), it detects explorer notes. it uses 1 food to do it. so useful!

The ideal amount of health you want to give your wolf is about 5000.

Just don't wonder in strong cave without Armor and weapons,there of lots of them in that cave.I just encountered a lvl 520Direwolf .Just it was hell to fight with lots of them at once, you may also die.
