well, came here to know how i could tame a direwolf, only thing I learned is that if i see one my best option is to die..

1. Wolf chasing after you👆

2. You run towards friends house

3. Wolf eat friend

4. Friend mad

5. Know that now you escaped a wolf

If you’re wanting to tame a high level one, when you approach them, they will howl, and the highest level one in the pack will get red and yellow particles around it. Hope this helps and thanks for reading!

Easily one of the best combat mounts in the game. It's cheap to tame and pretty powerful, and there's no level requirement for a saddle. Make sure you tame more than one though, so you can get the mate boost

You can Nila them thankfully! Btw you don’t need any narcotics to use to tame one just bola and beat it up!

Why can't they sniff explorer notes on mobile?¿ that's so unfair :<

These things are great scouts and have amazing damage for their size. Be careful when taming. Try to trap them so they cant hit you or escape when taming. Always make sure you have stamina on them as they dont move fast when winded.

They are great for caves and a 2 special abilities one you can smell if there's a explore notes and if in a pack can give a strent boost roer the leader o and packs they do more damage

HELMET!!?? You can equip your direwolf with the helmet of your choice!! I just did it on Mobile anyway!

Not sure where this goes, but if anyone was every wondering how much movement speed it takes on a direwolf to jump from blue obelisk to the western approach, it’s 750

Legitimately dropped one after another in a pen knocked em all out and now i have 10 wolfs

You won’t believe I tamed one of it when I was level 32 and I knock it with club up so more people will see it

Dire wolfs are good for protecting yourbase.

The Yeti cave in ARK Mobile is a great source of high lvl wolves. Grab a high lvl implant, revive, then tame the wolf. I have a lvl 865 with 2000% melee damage...

Doesn't matter if u are noob or not these creatures are one of best why? I'll tell u, they dont need a saddle, they get 2x damage when paired, good hp and excellent dmg after 250, they can sniff back to home and u may not know but u can go to any cave with it.

If you are on foot with a friend and encounter a pack of 6, kick your friend in the balls and dip. The friend will forgive you.....eventually.

If u r on ark mobile, then go in the snow cave because they have double level dire wolves compared to the natural spawn ones but with atleast 1000 total armor(u can check it where the character's stats are shown) and kill some with a long range weapon or very good sword but DO NOT HARVEST THERE BODY and take their implant and run out and collect some amber by collecting drops or by farming easy caves and then revive the Wolf and tame it. BOOM now u have a very high level dire Wolf and u can pump up its stats and use it to do other caves or even this one. Thank you!!

NEVER not look behind you when your taming a wolf who knows a Rex might randomly appear.

If your looking for a tame to take in artifact caves pick this guy he’s good for caves. up this if this helped
