another great use if you have a direwolf bring it with you on a tame, use an argy to fly it over drop it near a safe area bring down your target then use the wolf to get prime meat easy tame and I guarantee nothing will kill your tame you spent 8 hours on with the wolf around!

These guys are more powerful in packs, tame one and it won’t be a strong, tame 5 and you can take anything

You can find them in a den in the desert I tamed two 135s and 1 140 because somone put gates to keep them in and not attack you

When fighting a direwolf one should always try and keep distance. Their high land speed makes them very dangerous and always keep alert of your surrondings wolves work largly in packs and these are no different. Dont let yourself get flanked or you'll quickly end up as flank steak

Strongly suggest using an argent to carry and seperate the pack from your targat.

A youtuber said that these things couldn't damage wood. But on Dododex it says that it can damage wood. Why? The youtuber proved it by making a wooden wolf trap. The wolf bit the wood, I think and the wood wasnt damaged. Is Dododex lying, or is this info outdated? Its best to lead a direwolf out of the cold place if you are planning on taming one, and the artic is close to a normal beach. Then you could tame one. Im just confused about the Info.

I was getting oil while the rest of my tribe was gathering organic polymer for ghillie armor. While getting oil with anky and snow, anky lvl 60 and snow, my argentavis, was lvl 260. I got jumped by a couple wolves and 2 daedons. Anky died almost immediately, me at lvl 83 died in less than 15 second, and snow was almost dead. Luckily my tribe rescued her just in time. These things are quite dangerous and if you're unprepared they will end you very quickly
