I jumped off and whistled passive flee and he flew high. I died but then I realized my only monkey had been on my shoulder. But I knew if I had stayed on the argentavis, we all would’ve died. R.I.P. Bubba, my dear monkey 🫡

Here’s how to tame:

Take a good level argy with high health and find these guys. Make sure to have fur armor for the cold. If not, you can find them at the edge of the snow biome. Once you locate some, you have two options. The first one is to quickly land a build a stone trap. Then you pick up the wolf and put it in (2x2). Or you take it back to your base and make a trap there, which is safer, but a rougher ride home for your bird. Once it is in a trap, it cannot do anything to you. You just KO it. It doesn’t need narcotics usually. Enjoy your oversized dog!

When tamed, they are ADORABLE, trust me. So you will need two standing torches, a feeding trough, and a few sleeping bags (idk if it works on pc) so first,collied the sleeping bags together (2 bags are fine) and next to it I forgot to mention get a storage box. Then put that next to the sleeping bags and put some of. The torches around for light. Then place the trough and done! just like that you got a area for your dire wolves(or wolf)

Step 1 get good wolf, equip with good helm

Step 2 go to Yeti cave, get the highest implant

Step 3 revive, breed, breed, breed

Step 4 farm XP at Yeti cave

On mobile if u have a heavy minors helmet equib it on the wolf and ez light source not needed for torch’s

If ur on mobile do the hunt mega piranha quest then it should give u a sword or pike I got a sword so go to the snow cave if u have 33 ancient amber use ur spy glass to see what there lvl are then kill one take its cord or what the thing is called go to revival platform revive it it should be high lvl then once’s u find on wild I got one and it gets 300 hp every point!!

Dire wolves are good tames. To knock one out get a crossbow with tranq arrows. You can build a trap for the one you want. Then shoot it. Soon it will be KO! Then just get prime meat, mutton or kibble to tame it. It’s torpor drops quite fast so get some narcotics. When it’s tamed it’s all urs!

All I do is find the wolf I want then I kill the rest of the pack with my trike and bola the wolf I want and knock it out with my hands that’s it

Just bola then away from other hostile Dino’s. I don’t use a trap and I just bola them all usually and two eight tranqs to the head. They don’t need a saddle either and getting a pack will be very useful to defend your base.
