I just tamed a level 40 allo I named scarlet and this thing comes up out of nowhere and murders scarlet pushes me off a cliff and kills me and when I came back a spino had killed it and the items were gone every time I see one I send my wyverns there to kill it RIP Scarlet

Word of advice: Do NOT aggro one of these when you’re trying to tame something else.

I was minding my own business, taming a lvl 30 Galli, had used my last soothing balm bc i know it would take ages otherwise since i had no kibble, when along comes a Diplo I had accidentally aggroed not 2 mins prior.

Now, we all know the Diplo attack does nothing, just throws you backwards right? WELL, turns out if you’re taming an unconscious dino with one of these buggers around, and it attacks YOU, it actually one-shots the unconscious dino, thus wasting any and all resources used for said tame attempt.

I just found a level 15 and it started to attack so I went between it's legs and waited 5-10 minutes with nothing on me but berries and passive tamed it
