What are tips for dimorphodon? Tips and strategies for dimorphodon in ARK: Survival Ascended & Evolved.
Welcome! I will show you how to tame a dimophodon! First this is what you will need: 1: Bola make sure no others are around when doing this. 2: meat around 10-20
Now that we have that cleared bola it out of the sky! Knock it out with your fists and feed it meat! Enjoy!
I had two Mikey and Leo RIP didn’t last long because I’m not a master at what can kill them but the poop throwing things can kill them and a brontosaurus can kill them I don’t know if any others so far but if I find out I’ll keep you updated.
Hit it with 6 tranq arrows and slap 50 meat in him then grab a stack of narcoberries then your set
I bred my two dimorphs the baby grew up and he has high damage I named him Alvin from Alvin and the chipmunks don't ask why I never really tested him but he has 200% melee damage hes real speed and paracers usually spawn around 1k health gon test the Lil guy out after I breed him because if he dies il will atleast have a memory of he's prob never gon die because he's speed and can kill the terrorbirds swarming my platform base I'm gonna breed them until I have a army and then I will shout attack and they will swarm my enemies I'm gonna breed arche next I just gotta find a female for him
Found one next to my house and when i went to get tame items and went back it was gone and it was lvl 150 always be prepared
It looks cool when a dimorph is doing its level up animation on your shoulder
I hatched 2 dimorphidon eggs and got 2 twins thats sick😁👍
Here's the easiest way to raid every caves, litteraly every caves on the map
First of all, tame a male & female (beware, at the first second you'd start to tranq one, he'd take of, and fly at a huge speed, to attack you back, so, you'd pretty much incapable of taming one, except ridiculously low levels)
2nd point as you'd be able to tame only low level, you'd need to make them attack a lot of low levels creatures, in order to get them some xp
Higher levels would just run away, or kill your futur flying fighter machine
After a while, start to breed them (would need a fully closed build, but really small, your own building would be too large, and they won't breed;
If you'd left any door, any windows open, it would goes aways before completing the process of breeding)
Then, once you'd got a huge amount winged teeth, with good level, you may start training them on higher levels creatures, like a trike
And repeat the process of breeding since beginning etc
After, at least, five or ten breeding and training sessions, you'd start to be able to raid the south cave
Wait, it's might be the hardest way to raid caves, finally...
Don't tame only one of them. On my case, they do more damaged if i tame a group of them. When i only tame 1, they deal 55 dps, then when i tamed 3, they deal 105 dps on every single dimorph. I just increase their movement point, but never the melee damage. Idk its a buff or a bug
There really isn’t a way to kill a dimorph there’s only two way to pretty much kill it 1. To have somthing that’s pretty big 2.have any rideable flyer. Oops almost forgot about three, 3.die.:)
I’m on the beginner settings for the switch so it was super easy lol I just bola one and shot it with a tranq arrow it went down immediately and it tamed surprisingly fast with prime meat my argen killed his friends watch out for them I didn’t know they all swarm u
I meant to shoot one of these with an arrow... but it was a tranq arrow. Sooo, now I have a demi bird
Bruh I just saw one and I was like “that looks cool imma go tame it.” Thank god I didn’t immediately hit it with my club.
Really easy to tame, just a pain in the a.. to knock out, as it's a fast flyer with really tiny hit box (you have to wait it lands)
And they're rarely alone, so if you're trying to knock out one, you'd be surrounded soon
If they attack you while your mount depending on what the animal it is, they will counter attack YOU not your mount. I hope you respawn close but you'll find the animals ok unless something else came along.
