I was hoping to tame a gallimimus but then i needed dimetrodon kibble i check on dododex for taming and i find out i need quetzal kibble, a ton of quetzal kibble.

To tame this with one cooked fish meat your taming speed has to be at *drumroll* 116! Not bad

So the reason why you cannot pick up wild is because on PvE you can’t pick up aggressive creatures . If it’s tamed you should be able to pick up, make sure your Argie is close to ground to pick up when tamed.

An argy cannot carry these in mobile

If they wake up after knockout, their food continues to drain. To be more resource efficient when taming, get one trapped, knock it out, set your starve timer, then let it wake up instead of dumping narcotics into it. You can then knock it out for the second time and get an instant tame!

Kill the high level so low levels can spawn.

Don't tame a high level this thing will chug all your narcotics like beer.

Torpor runs out in a minute. Try to wait until just before it wakes up to use all the narcotics needed to get it back to fill torpor. You can the. Relax until the torpor goes back to full. Then it quickly depletes again. Repeat. Starve before you use kibble as its expensive kibble...

If u guys want to take it easily get a quetzal if u have one then bring it to ur house(quetzal is the only bird that can hold dimetrodon

Make sure you know when it’s knocked out while taming because they look the same when their knocked out as if they are still alive. I made the mistake of killing the taming effectiveness as a result of tranqing it after it was already knocked! 🤦‍♂️

When your taming one make sure it doesnt wake up the torpor drops so fast i ran to the other side of my living room and back but the torpor was halfway dropped already and it was lvl 20
