To the guy who said Dilophosaurus, “in real life,” could spit acid, there was no evidence that they spit acid or had frills. Those small Dilophosaurs/Jurrasic World’s Dilophosaurs were twice as small as the real life Dilophosaurus. The real life Dilophosaurus, living in the Jurrasic Period, could destroy a car. They just belive in Jurrasic World.

These guys are great early hunters when you begin just knock them no trap no tranqs just a club or slingshot with like 5 rocks but really good hunters

When you go to breed them dilos, make sure you already have a bunch of basic kibble for the future baby

They should make this thing a shoulder pet so that it can spit on your enemies

they are pretty good at holding off raptors or sabertooth while you run

Tbh, these things are great! I have like 7 of them (I'm not a very good player) but they took down a level 9 bronto

If your in early game and you barely have any hide I suggest getting 4-8 if you have enough tame slots. You should never have them alone because together they can kill many things (especially 8 of them). Also if they are alone anything can kill them

Dilo spit slows things down its the best way to hunt turtles early on.

They can open and close doors even if a different person’s door!

These are great if you want to raid something

Put 10 on you roof and set them to turret mode...Presto early game plant species

Best starter tame every taming sequence starts with the dilos

Spit can stack and with enough of them you can almost stop Dino’s completely.

Taming a huge pack of these guys is a very good way to be able to take on bigger dinosaurs and is almost essential in singleplayer. An army of these guys can be a good replacement for people. Pair them with some other tames like the scorpion or a swarm of dimos (another overlooked but great tame) and you can dominate the whole island

Dilos are very easy to tame.

Bola them, hit them with a club or your fists and feed them raw meat and narcoberries.

Once they tame they are pretty good creatures to defend you or help you kill larger Dinos, since their spit attack can slow enemies down.

If you get a pack of decent level ones nothing except a Rex or a Giga will stand in your path.

The only downside is that you can’t ride them and they get stuck on rocks all the time, but overall they’re a great tame early on.

Ok! Dilo’s have a death spot so beware starters and they are good at hunting small and docile creatures like dodos once you tame them,but once you level them up a bunch of times they can start to hunt bigger animals. So they are pretty good attackers.

Put alot in your base right near a turret they slow and blind the man while turret kills

If you missing a high level dilo go to tames and request it like if it helped you

I am lvl 73 and my base is on a cliff and I still use high lvl dilos (lvl 200ish) and they still are pretty good. Recommend taming this if your base is on a cliff. Put them on aggro and put stone in them and are awesome 😎.
