Taming & KO Tips

How do I tame a dilophosaur? Tips and strategies on taming and knocking out a dilophosaur.
For beginners to tame a Dilophosaurus, you need only a few pieces of regular raw meat more powerful Dilophosaurs need more meat to tame. When fighting/knocking out, charge forward and attack before it can spit. Do not wait for it to come to you. Once tamed, they are useful for hunting. I had two, one lvl 1 and a lvl 4. Together they killed a Sarcosuchus. I did 't need to lift a finger.
IF A BEGINNER TAME LEVEL1 DILO
Step 1 get a club
Step 2 look for meat
Step 3 look for a dilo
Step 4 bonk him to unconscious
Step 5 give the meat
Step 6 enjoy your dilo
I’ve tamed many more than ask killed more than can imagine I named one Sammy an she saved me my others ones died an a few survived this poem is useful
Most Dilos are easy to tame, ive found that knocking them out with a club and just feeding them regular meat works.you can feed them prime meat for a faster tame if you want.
When you find the creature, use a jounerymens slingshot to knock out the creature or kill it.
That sound it makes when it sees you is a call to other dilos in the area!Single one out to tame or y’all will have a whole pack following you!Like this so others can know!
Take a slingshot and about 30 rocks with 20 raw meat and your good to go.Just miss the first poison spay!
I want to tama IT
And be my pet
This beautiful animal killed a raptor. A god damm level 100 raptor, and the little dilo was level 35. My gosh.
Shoot it two times with a slingshot then finish it the old style. (Punching)
Don't bother to use mutton meat is alloy take
To tame these all you need is a slingshot and meat. First shoot the Dilo with the slingshot. After it’s knocked out fill it with meat. They tame quite quickly so you shouldn’t need narcotics. BOOM 💥 you have a Dilo. I recommend tameing multiple. 👍
Tame 5 - 10... Thank me later 😂😂
A major tip for taming dilos would be if you see them in a pack, ( The highest number of dilos in a pack is about three ) craft a few bolas and go off. The perfect knock out weapon for dilos is a club. I use my Axe first to drain dilos health. Over all dilos are easy tames and can farm hide that for people in the early game can be hard to get. But as soon as you unlock the crossbow try to tame what is basically the better version of the Dilos the Raptor.
I tranq arrow knocks them out and they tame fast with raw meat and maybe a few narcoberries.
Only took me a couple of stones using the slingshot to take down a lvl 125 dilo. Came out as 100% effectiveness and let me say this, It's such a good early game tame, I'd recommend everyone to get a high lvl dilo.. make your own dilo army and rule the early game
Tranquilo e calmo ok tá de boa
These dinos are easy to tame depending on the level, and are a good starter dino that will fight by your side and collect meat and hide for you. Usually, it only takes some clubbing if they are alone when you tame them and having at least five or six will help you in a beach type area. Be careful though once their health is low they will start to run away, but somehow always find you later to even out the score 😪. Also watch out for their spit, after getting sprayed you won’t be able to move much or run away and won’t be able to see well until it goes away. Dodo meat will be fine for them, probably a couple pieces and they stay unconscious for a good amount of time if you need to go get some more meat.
I recommend them for starter players that need to take some time getting used to the game and need a pack of dinos that they can easy find, tame and breed but also don’t hold much importance like a more rare Dino or a Dino that takes more of a challenge to tame. They are good disposable bodyguards.
I had a group of Dilo’s around six of them between the levels of 16-27 take out a level 17 Tric when it killed me after I picked up its egg 😅 no matter how many times she tried to throw them, they kept on coming back like the annoying little dinos they were..
I don’t recommend these dinos in harder areas though, they really are just a starter Dino for you to get on your feet.
Not sure if it's a glitch, or something else, but it can get the same invisibility buff as arthropods ;
I went to lava cave, with my spider, then, tamed the spitter within the cave, and when I reached out, it even agro on a rex, but the rex didn't even reacted
Tried again on other Dino's, no reaction as well
Didn't tried to breed it yet, to check if it would keep this hability, but if so, it would be awesome
Works on mobile, and would try to bring other creatures from outside to inside, to check if it would get this bug as well, it would be freaking awesome (imagine, you'd get a whole army of Dino's, completely invisible to wild creatures...😅😅😅😅)
