Knock out with bat feed about 5 raw meat or about 7 raw fish then name; it is so flipping easy

Do not use trank arrows it could kill it use a bat

Walk round with a pack of 10 and even gigas back up

First find one of them next make a club and get meat then tell your Dinosaurs to stop finally make it unconscious and put meat in the dilophosaur inventory and boom you’re done

In my opinion these guys do help early on but these little fellers are a big help when taming. Since they have a ranged attack, you can set them to turrent mode so they can remain stationary and shoot their venom. Since the venom slows down dinos as well as their turning radius, you can lead the dino you are trying to tame to them,whistle attack target, then these little sons of guns will slow down anything as long as their venom hits the target. Very helpful little dude! (If the dilo starts biting the dino you are taming, whistle passive, wait for the dilo to either be knocked back or the dino to get away from the dilo, then just whistle attack again)

If you getting a dilo and are new the following will help

Step one if you just started get tools

Step two kill easy kills till you have enough meat (I recommend 10-25)

Step 3 find dilo

Step 4 if you have bola from drop or you crafted it use it

Step 5 club or punch till unconscious

Step 6 put your meat in the dilos inventory

Step 7 if needed force feed it narco berries

Step 8 don’t let the purple bar run out before the orange on fills

Step 9 enjoy your dilo my 4 one killed alpha raptor but don’t try that.

For beginners to tame a Dilophosaurus, you need only a few pieces of regular raw meat more powerful Dilophosaurs need more meat to tame. When fighting/knocking out, charge forward and attack before it can spit. Do not wait for it to come to you. Once tamed, they are useful for hunting. I had two, one lvl 1 and a lvl 4. Together they killed a Sarcosuchus. I did 't need to lift a finger.

Most Dilos are easy to tame, ive found that knocking them out with a club and just feeding them regular meat works.you can feed them prime meat for a faster tame if you want.

When you find the creature, use a jounerymens slingshot to knock out the creature or kill it.

That sound it makes when it sees you is a call to other dilos in the area!Single one out to tame or y’all will have a whole pack following you!Like this so others can know!

Take a slingshot and about 30 rocks with 20 raw meat and your good to go.Just miss the first poison spay!

A major tip for taming dilos would be if you see them in a pack, ( The highest number of dilos in a pack is about three ) craft a few bolas and go off. The perfect knock out weapon for dilos is a club. I use my Axe first to drain dilos health. Over all dilos are easy tames and can farm hide that for people in the early game can be hard to get. But as soon as you unlock the crossbow try to tame what is basically the better version of the Dilos the Raptor.

I tranq arrow knocks them out and they tame fast with raw meat and maybe a few narcoberries.

Only took me a couple of stones using the slingshot to take down a lvl 125 dilo. Came out as 100% effectiveness and let me say this, It's such a good early game tame, I'd recommend everyone to get a high lvl dilo.. make your own dilo army and rule the early game
