Anything remotely similar to the thera should just be avoided, they run in massive packs and always circle back to the nests when they run outta things to murder. My suggestion is to get a bird with high stam and decent attack fly in fast do a barrel roll and lead em away, they will follow you back to your home unless you guide them to something else to kill

I was sitting on a flyer on a cliff above the deinos, thought I was safe to wait for my moment to steal their eggs...had the biggest heart attack when one of them decided to climb up the cliff. I accidentally dismounted in shock and fell right into the packs claws, where they shredded me to death. Don't be scared of them, they smell it.
Fun fact: Deinonychus in real life are bigger than Velociraptor.
No fall damage also giga can still hit you if ur on the back of it
