Wood Doedic, except they dont auto harvest for you

Easiest way to collect stuff from their dams is to fly around till you find one, land next to the dam when the beavers aren’t around take what you want then fly off!

I got almost 700 cementing paste 50 mushrooms & flowers from one dam!!

You take their stuff and be prepared to be hunted down, THEY WILL NOT STOP until you are a dead man. Best way to escape would be to bola them and make the run for it and pray they leave you alone

Do NOT underestimate these suckers if you’re fairly new at the game..they can keep up with you and also hit quite hard so you better have your bolas and arrows ready.

So these things might SEEM easy to kill, but no, they have a lot of health and do a lot of damage. I saw one kill a alpha raptor on its own. If you want rare mushrooms, rare flowers, cementing paste, wood, and silica pearls, get a stegosaurus, 1-2 trikes, 2-3 carbonemys, and a Rex and you can get the stuff

This are so easy to tame I have it 2 galillimus kibble and like 10 mejoberrys and it took not even a minute to knock out and to tame they are so easy and it was lvl 50 in ark mobile

Snatch one of these things with an argy and take it far far away from the rest of the beavers, knock it and tame

It and then massacre the rest of its family and take the wood and cementing paste from the dam 🤗

Make sure you have 50 narcotics if you want to take it

Give it lots of narco berries about 100 to 130 of them or else 💀☠️😵😵🪦

If you want to get their stuff from the dam knock them out with a couple of tranq darts/arrows and grab and go. they Agro for a little bit if you wait it out on an argy you should be ok😁

Castorides are an really strong dinosaur type , i love them , today i found a 145 lvl (i play on medium) and i knocked it out, heres how:

I had 1 bola and an ascendant bow with 20 tranq arrows,

Step 1 : run and get free hits (just to make sure it doesnt run after the bola)

Step 2 : bola it

Step 3 : Shoot it until it goes down it took 8 arrows for my ascendant bow with 284 damage.

Ok so i made a mistake i should have made kibble and got a soothing balm but i dont have a raptor for a cave or i dont have a gallimimus soooo yeah i gotta wait 3 hours for this thing (1.2% with 100% taming effectiveness and carrots..) Basically when you want to tame an castorides

Dont forget,

Kibble ( if its an high level )

Soothing balm ( if its an high level )

Bio Toxin/Narcotic/Narco Berries (I got around 70 biotoxic 80 narcotic and 1200 narcoberries for my own castorides and i had to use all)

Oh and if you dont have a ascendant bow/rifle use a longneck with darts it takes around 20 darts for 150

You can either decide to kill them for the beaver dam loot, or tame them for a lot of wood.

IF YOU WANT TO KILL YOU NEED A RAPTOR POUNCE AND YOU KILL HIM

I sorta tamed one with Mejoberrys and narcoberrys

Was taming a level 140 had to put 12 kibble instead of 10.

Get a anky and craft a refine forge put the forge in anky tame Castroids get castroids saddle and you should have anky saddle on anky then you collect metal with anky then get out refine forge then make ingots then use castroids to craft things also good if you have platform saddle Dino’s and he can be escape + fighter dino to use on a dino with play form saddle.

Step 3:run with your itchy

If you see this running at you run but if you are high level with a good Dino you have nothing to worry about but they do a lot of damage

It took me 2 gallimus egg kibble with 10x balm to tame a 330 casteroid，remember to bring more narcotics and gallimus kibble，ps im playing brutal

Has anyone ever looked in a beaver dam when the beaver wasn’t nearby and 10 minutes later the beaver visits you? I have a theory that the beavers track you down even when you look in the beaver dam and they aren’t even there.
