Carno trap: this is better with 2 people but 1 is possible but difficult.

Get 8 stone pillars, place down 3 in a straight line, 1 across at the top, and 3 down the line again. It should look like | = side pillars, _=top pillar. Once you have that set up (it should be only 7 down) grab your carno to agro on you, run into the trap, and once they are in there, have your friend place that last pillar so he’s trapped, and now just tranq it :)

If you’re solo, do all this except when he gets in the trap, you might have to take a hit or two when you wanna place the last pillar. Good luck!

A carno is excellent for caving in the larger caves (lower south and central cave) can kill Megalania and Titanoboas with relative ease, right click attack has great knock back on most creatures.

Carnosaurus are terrible swimmers.

I recommend doing is get a beelzebufo and hop onto a large Rock there for you can snipe it from there and get good headshots

Carnos are ok but i prefer Rons (spinosaurus)

Just grab a at least 10 tranqs(only need a few toxicant arrows) and shoot it till it’s down. Put some prime meat in him constantly because prime meat dogs really fast. I prefer starve taking it. Make sure it stays unconcious with narcotics and wait till it’s hunger is down about 500+ then throw a bunch of meat in and it takes it really fast.

They are easy to kill if you are on level 40+, just use a pike

Easy just get on a cliff with a crossbow and 10 tranq darts (incase u miss) and shoot it until it falls and then feed it regular kibble and u have a mini version of a rex
