to kill build a tall ramp and put spike walls at the bottom so it looks like this /. put a tamed flying creature with a saddle at the top get the carno to charge up the ramp hop on your flying boi and fly away the carno will fall on the traps and die you might want to put the spikes a bit away from the ramp so it doesn’t miss because of momentum. this works with all charging creatures

I had a green carnotaurus, it was powerful and had it's mount, once i got into the swamp trying to farm meat and prime meat with him,then a titanoboa that came out of the trash made me fall asleep, the carno was just in front of me, im sure it dind't died, (because i had my mesopithecus too) but it just vanished from existence and i don't even have it on my list of tamed dinos, why?

tbh. These things are easy to outrun, just have a bunch of skidish creatures around it

If you are encountering this create make sure you have a trike tamed to battle carnotaurus. Carnotaurus are great meat and hide gathering creatures.

For me these are stronger bigger raptors :)

So I was walking up a mountain looking for some gold when I saw a tail I thought 💭what is that?💭but when I went past it hoping to sneak around but I looked and it had horns I was like CARNO! It looked like it was feeding on a Dino corpse so I was planning to sneak around but I was done feeding and it went around the rock and saw me I attempted to run but I got caught between some rocks and it bit me I ran out of those rocks and down the mountain with my shoulder bleeding.I ran around a sharp turn hoping the carno would fly off the mountain and die .but it chased me and injured me with my leg broken and me moving very slow I still ran over to a mountain right before I jumped it snatched me back onto land and ate me alive.so look out for these if your new to the game

If you are low level and see one far away, turn around and run. It's a good tip, except there are big passive dinos nearby. Then, just cross, and if it gets aggro on you, lead it to a big dino.

Kinda slow at times, but it can really put up a fight. Got some good knock back with the headbutt too. Only problem: stamina regen.

Just get a trike I suggest lvl 20 or higher and when u see it tranq it with harpoon or crossbow and by the time it reaches u while your mounted on your trike it will be knocked out

Easy way to tame it is to place 3 wooden foundations, 4 walls (2 on each side), and 2 doorways in the middle. (You can make this out of stone to make sure it doesn't break it). Run near it until it notices u and then run through the doorway. It will get stuck. Now proceed to shoot tranq arrows at it.

Ez tame crossbow x tranq arrows and if stuff goes to sh1t just bring a raptor or trike with you to kill stuff and use raw meant and narcotics

To kill it you need a couple of ramps that spike wall thing and a flying creature make a ramp put spike down the back and have your flying creature at the top with saddle get the Carno to run to the top (with you as bait) get on your boy fly slightly of the edge Carno will chase you and fall onto the spike repeat until killed(note this works with all charging creatures)

U may be scared of it,but DONT BE

if you are fast enough,don't run,get under its chest,hit it with melee weapon and then it's sleep or die,it's really easy,u don't even need arrows to tame one

Don’t sleep on the carno they will tear everything you ever loved with there bleed effect and they will even hurt rexes if the get close enough. The best thing to do is put a bullet in it run or swim away early game

I didn’t want any of my dinos to die so I build a small pen near my base and lured it in. You will have to die a few times but all you have to do after trapping it is to go in and keep punching it until it falls unconscious. Get some narcotics and meat and you done!

Step 1 get bow/crossbow tranq it go on high rock and when it goes to sleep feed it raw prime meat

These guys are good tames and best way to tame them is by letting them chase and shoot u tame a raptor and ride it also cus they can be fast and just shoot tranq arrows at it.

It loves to kill. So I just stay away from the one near my base until it kills a trike or a para that I can harvest.
