Encountering Tips
How do I kill a carnotaurus? carnotaurus encountering and battling strategies in ARK: Survival Ascended & Evolved.
Dododex users say:
Use ranged weapons to fight a Carnotaurus, keeping your distance while using rocks, trees, or other terrain to kite it. Protect your tames, since it may target them first, and consider using a sturdy creature or nearby obstacle as a distraction or barrier. If it is an Alpha or you lack a safe position, retreat rather than engaging.
