You can use a normal argy trap to trap it. 18 walls (use door frame option), 1 stone gateway, 1 stone reinforced gate, 2 stone ramps at the front. Lead the thing into the trap and then run out the doorframe, go around to the front and close the door. Once its trapped tranq it out and tame. Its kibble is medium, or you can use prime meat.

how to tame：First get some meat and narcotics or bio toxins and a crossbow and tranq or toxicant arrows and then find one and keep shooting it while running around or riding a creature and do that until it is uncousuos and feed it meat while also feeding bio toxins and do that until it is tamed

I have a little story. So I'm exploring with my iguanadon and I get swarmed by a pack of Raptors. Of course I left the thing on passive flee so it gets destroyed and I die. I'm like whatever and go get my other iguanadon. It doesn't stand a chance. I'm throughly pissed so just grab my carno (who I dont like, they look dumb as hell) and go to get my stuff. It killed many dilos, chompies, Raptors and a thezanisaurus. The thing is a beast. 10/10 would recommend for protection

About 20 tranqs

I attacked one with bow on my trik and faced the trik to the carno. The carno started to glitch in trik head and let me shoot it when im completly safe

They should make it that raptors are not able to pounce you off of carno

Tamed first after knocking it out with a bat an two tran darts then killed a alpha raptor to get prime meat

If you get a good level, (80+) then you’ll find yourself as the king of thr world. I’ve killed rexes and alphas with my carno, which was level 80 when I found it. In conclusion, this is the dino that will carry you to more mid-game to late-game stuff.

Build a huge arena and have one of your tribe mates run around with a red shield, Carno Fighting! You know like bull fighting but bigger and the matador could get eaten.

This thing is so annoying to deal with so I would just get up high and constantly tranq it's butt

Taming a carno is easy all you need to do is have 10 tranq arrows and shoot it and if get stuck you will get gobbled up

Go to the creature and run find a high place like a big Rock or something that is high enough that it is out of reach of u then just fill it with

I got mine by riding on a tanky dino then using tranq arrows while the dino takes hits
