To tame you can put mejoberries in their inventory and tamed!

I knocked mine out with a metal hatchet 😃

shoot stones at it with a slingshot (make sure you pull it all the way back cuz it’ll go unconscious faster that way) while walking backwards. if it gets too close and nibbles you just turn 180° and run a little then turn back and continue shooting stones at it. if you’re successful it will be knocked out. shove mejoberries (or rockarrots if you want it to be tamed up faster) inside its throat and wait until it’s tamed. you now have a carbonemys

Soooo…I tamed one of these and kinda scared doing it because I am scared of them.I was like level 30 and I am still scared of it at level 47.But anyway, I tamed it to try and tame another itchy(my first one died to a cindera) so when I saw I needed 10 cementing paste I did’t give up.So when I finally made the saddle and started riding it in the water and a bunch of Megs mobbed me and I realized that I had wasted 40 bits keratin on nothing I was soooooooo upset.One day a raptor spawned in my base and I was to scared to kill the raptor I expected it to kill the raptor.But you know what it did? It just randomly swam towards my raft and did nothing!Don’t tame them!

Only for low levels just walk backwards and keep shooting his head with a fricking slingshot no more waste of time on getting into lv 20 only if you are in easy mode

Just tamed a 145 and I needed about 30 tranq arrows. 2 times the amount it said ALWAYS Bring extras!!! (I brought 26 arrows and I ran out of arrows and had to resort to club for the last hits before KO)

If you want to kill a Carbonemys, just get 2-4 dilos, 3 or more is reccomended because if you get 2 the carbonemys would kill one of the dilos.

I have a 120 sitting right outside my base and an alpha tribe with a skeletal giga just gave us a journeyman crossbow and lots of tranqs. Jahahaja

Here’s how to tame a carbonemys, first build a U shaped house. Make sure it has two doors at the ends and one door in the middle. Put a foundation in the outside of the inside of the U, leave the inside empty. Once you hit a carbonemys lead them into the inside, then place a wall so it doesn’t try to run away. Then you basically just knock it out.

This idea was dumb. BUT TRY IT OUT ANYWAY. Hope this helps low level noobs.

Put them in a taming box and use a sling shot then throw a Dodo

They are really very defenders for are house.

If you have to tame them

1. Make a normal slingshot and collect al lot of stones.

2.hit them and move backward continuously.

3.If they will stop chasing you that means they will be knocked out.

4.When they will be knocked out you have to give them berries or crops to tame them.

To kill them low level just use spears and a slingshot or use a bow and stone arrows.

Super easy tame good early game under water mount just don't go near megs with it

Find a rock that is about 2 foundations tall and use a slingshot or bow to knock it out ,use berries(or crops or kibble if available) to feed it and your turtle
