a good trap to make is one stone foundation with three walls and a doorframe on the bottom and 4 door frames without doors in them on top of the first walls with a roof on top of the door frames. when the bronto comes after you, jump up and shoot it until it starts torpor running. then you leave the 1x1 and chase it down until you knock it out

1. Find a Cliff 2. Get tranq arrows/darts 3. Pump as many as required 4. If ur on asa or ase get awesome spyglass if you can it helps

I am the bronto taming guy and just so you know I post another on bronto and I just changed accounts.

You can tame these guys with just a crossbow (preferably a journyman at least) and by back peddling on foot. That's how i knocked out mine, and it only hit me twice. When I eventually got it knocked out, all I had to do was wait.

Find a nearby cliff at start taking it out after you do that put in the berries and get some narco

When taming, don’t get close to its tail, it attacks with its tail

If your in a public server you should stand on it find a spot you can crawl and not be seen then just wait

How to tame a brontosaurus

1. First get tons of berries, 50+ tranq arrows, a crossbow, and a itchy (the aquatic dolphin thing)

2. Ride your itchy in the water until you find one not to close to the water but in shooting range

3. after a few hits and a quick break, it will not try to attack

4. Once down, place the berries in the the inventory and wait

5. Name your friend

How to tame a bronto easily:

Find a place with few carnivores and a low level bronto

Get 20+ tranq arrows

Shoot the tranq arrows at its head

When it’s knocked out, feed it several hundred berries

Wait a little while

Then you’ve got a bronto

Ok, I recommend taking it to a base(somewhere it can’t get hurt) use a rapter to bring it. DONT do damage if under 600HP use your tranc

Fly high above it

Shoot it with tranq arrows

Feed it at least 100 berries

Give it narcos or narcotics

Boom, you got yourself a brontosaurus!

I tamed my first one today and she has loads of weight! I'm gonna get her platform saddle then build stuff on it she will be my mobile base my dinos will be her defense force she's gonna be on wandering because I'm tired of staying at base so I'm gonna live on her my baryonyx for underwater defense paracer for bigger enemies and raptor packs dimorphs for nibbling on allos and and Rex's and yeah that's my whole defense force

If on ragnarok there are hills everywhere meaning that you can stand on one and tranq it from a distance

I used shocking tranquilliser darts and shot it 7 times and it’s a level 30,then I out 49 rock carrots in and boom your taming a bronto

I tamed one in about 10 mins on herbi island. 5 mins of spamming tranq arrows and 5 of feeding it carrots with a minor soothing balm. Pretty easy tame for mobile. (Easy mode single player bc I'm too lazy to grind xp or sit round for 20 hrs watching a bronto tame 0.001% at a time)

The starve taming timer is way off and so is the 16000 food it needs to be at, its way less and way longer than the 22minute starve timer! That needs to be fixed.

Taming one of these early on (the second you get tranq arrows and high enough speed stat) is suchhhh a game changer.

How to tame: Bronto.

You will need: 50 tranq arrows, (sometimes you miss, and it's better to be safe than sorry) A flyer (a pteranodon will do) a bronto that spawned where they're is a high rock or cliff, where the bronto can't reach you and a crop plant of your choice. (If you just got two, use both, fifty of each.) Step 1: gather your stuff. Step 2: Get on your flyer and fly to the high rock or cliff, and land on it. (If it's a high rock, make sure its big enough so you can dismount and move a little bit.) Step 3: get your tranq arrows ready, and scan the area for danger. (Rexes, allo pack, spinos, basically anything that could harm you unconsious bronto.) Step 4: Shoot one tranq arrow at the bronto and get it's attention. Repeat until unconsious. Step 5: hop down. You should be at full health, and the fall damage won't kill you. Step 6: shove the crops in the bronto's inventory, and let it tame. Step 7: If your flyer is on a tall rock, whistle for it to follow and get it down. You can just whistle "follow all" and it'll come down. once its down, whistle "stop all", and mount it. if it's on a cliff, get up there and mount it. if you can't find a way up, repat the steps for high rocks. Do this if you need to make a quick getaway. if your flyer can't hover for long, just go back on the high rock/cliff, and wait until the bronto is tamed. Step 8: once the bronto is tamed, whistle "stop all" and fly back to your base. Step 9: request the bronto to your base, and name it. Step 10: If you're at lvl 63, you unlock the bronto saddle. if you tamed this at lvl 63+, i reccomend unlocking this engram. Once you get tame bronto, target your tamed bronto.
