Man I kinda hate these guys. One of these guys killed my pteranodon that was real powerful and another almost killed my Sarco. But I can get why people like these guys they’re gigantic and they’re mostly friendly.

I mean don’t steel their eggs to feed a taming oviraptor or even to feed yourself. And yeah also be careful putting spikes where there are a lot of them wandering around Otherwise you might have to sit and cry a bit looking at you and your tames getting whipped to death

So, don’t try to run into them as a lvl 20 with knockout arrows and a bow like I did, the way it chewed me was terryfiying

Don’t know if it’s just me, but these guys always try to destroy my base. They can’t damage a stone house, but be aware! Their tail still goes through the walls and can damage your interior. The best way to protect you base from these giraffes is to build a stone wall a bit farther way from your base, so they can’t reach anything important with their tail.

Do not try and take its egg i did and next you know i got chased to a cliff and then I jumped down then I got stuck in between two rocks then two seconds later I was a pancake and the egg wasn't even fertilized a like a day keeps the killer bronto away.

If ya aggro one then just find some rocks. They hate rocks. if ya wanna ko just go to the rock formation in the southern islets. Not even a titano can hit up there. Believe me. I know from experience.

The highest concentration of bronto's is on crescent island all the way in the south east on the island map.

1 bronto once stepped on my spikes and stayed for one whole day being peirced(it was stuck)the whole day until my spikes burned to 70k health.finnished it with my high lvl carno that I only used as carrying while grinding now a lvl400plus carno that's better than my rexes.de end of de story¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Easiest way to take down one of these: get a cross bow or a bow if ur not a high level 2, I recommend using tranq arrows to knock out one of these and use a melee weapon to not waste ammo and also look for a cliff that the bronto can't reach and get top of it now shoot it with tranq arrows and kill it while it's KOd might be cruel but hey, you just got yourself free prime meat or just tame it if u want

One time I went to herbivore island with my pteranodon and I stole a bronto's egg, as soon as I stole it I got on my flyer and went straight to the ocean around the island, the bronto followed me and then drowned a couple meters later. So if you are gettin aggroed by this bug guy take your flyer and go over the sea, it will not survive. ;⁠)

If you just crafted a crossbow, test it out on a low level bronto because A: you’ll get tons of hide and B: you’ll get levels and also feel great. Make sure you have a support Dino like a trike or a pack of raptors.

do not bring your dino’s into this fight they are probably going to die in one hit i recommend stay away from him and shoot him arrows if he comes close run away and continue shooting TO THE HEAD

fun fact: if your getting chased by low level threats like Raptors, Carnos or rexes then simply bait them to attack the bronto and if theres more than 1 then they gonna clear it like no time

Making spikes near your house is a bad idea. ESPECIALLY IF THIS THING IS NEAR, it took out 1 dilo, 1 parasaur and my freaking house.

Make sure when u go somewhere without ur Dinos to put them on passive. One time I had a stego, 2 parasaurs, a triceratops and a Pteranodon, and I came back from hunting and there was two brontosaurus destroying my house and they had killed all my animals!! 😭😭😭
