Best use for brontos are to carry berries. But if you are moving or even carrying stuff use a bronto they are very good and they are the best packs possible, would recommend putting points in to weight and stamina for hauling berries or weight and health for a battle bronto so you can take a lot of loot with you. Best way to knock these out are using darts or arrows and shooting them in the head. Would recommend using berries unless you have a lot of turtles and prime jerky because of how much it takes to tame one with it.
Just found out something really useful about Brontos! You can use them to transport goods a long way, but sometimes you have more than the bronto can carry, so, if you pack your resources on something like a high level parasaur or iguanodon, and put it on the platform saddle, it only takes the Dinos drag weight, not resource weight, allowing you to carry tons of materials at half the weight! Arrow so people can see this!
Who else suffers fall damage from getting down a bronto? If you do I found a good way to get off the bronto : go to the tip of its head then feed it a berry, once it lowers its head just casually walk off and sleep good tonight knowing you didn’t break your legs getting off a bronto(hope this tip helped and have a good day :)
Be ware they are fast at water and have an INSANE damage, but need keep at the surface because of low o2 and their stamina draw quick if they go at full speed, the normal speed is really good and can carry a lot of resources.
It would be good if this dinosaur gets a new attack, like a stomp, because, a tail that whips opponents gets boring. And a stomp makes sense due to its large size. Hopefully people agree, and those who see this suggest it to wildcard.
Jack the weight up, or even better breed them to insane weight and also level. get a platform saddle. load up a few argys on top and pack them full of metal and stone. I also use beavers and mammoths for wood as well as ankys sometimes. you get the weight reduction plus the bronto can carry a ton. walking resource carrier.
