You need all of the storage. I just got the saddle for my bronto (pretty cheap) and it is only level 33. This is my first world on ark. After 3 swings of collection, FULL. My bronto was full of 3000+ weight of berries. Only do one swing and that is all you need in early game. This is advice for other beginners like me. I donβt see myself going harvesting for the foreseeable future.
More Brontosaurus Utility Tips
Just found out something really useful about Brontos! You can use them to transport goods a long way, but sometimes you have more than the bronto can carry, so, if you pack your resources on something like a high level parasaur or iguanodon, and put it on the platform saddle, it only takes the Dinos drag weight, not resource weight, allowing you to carry tons of materials at half the weight!
By far the best berry gathering dino that has ever existed!!

climb down it's tail, don't jump off
Bronto's are a beast! Make a platform saddle, have mortar and pestles on it, carry spoiled meat and you will make thousands of narcotics in no time! Also a great thatch gatherer, would definitely recommend taming the Bronto.
Just watched a 2 brontos brutally kill a t-rex and then proceed to get killed by 1 raptor because it couldnβt hit it

In Genisis DLC, take these brutes to the Lunar biome and collect over 5000 wood/12000 thatch at a time. All in just a few swings.
