why does itches and mantas like basilos ?

I tamed a lvl 150 and it actually killed two alpha mosa at once granted we barely survived but still impressive and a must have in the ocean.

Taming this guys are easy, all you need in an Ichthyosaurs 2 stacks of Raw Meat and a Will to go to ocean bottom. Set your Ichthyosaurs in passive , swim to one and make sure you are on the left side of the basilo so that when you jump off the basilo is in feeding range.

Feed it and jump back on the Ichthyo lure the mantas and the baddies away from basilo. After the drop agro go back and feed again. Always remember to get off the Ichthyosaur right beside the basilo so you can feed it and jump back on it and run to safety. Be cautious of your surroundings especially Tuso and don't forget to keep eye on oxygen all the time underwater

Just get some prime meat and kill the mantas first. You can usually find them in shallow water making the tame even safer.

Good for farming Bio Toxin.

They are immune to Cnidaria

You can find basilosaur spawning in the circular water bay just behind blue ob on the center in ASA. We just tamed a 145 that finished with 461% mele.

The dinos spawn frequently at a higher level on the center.

Honestly one of the best mounts. It takes on swarms of megaladon as if they were dodos and it doesn’t get stunned by jellyfish or eel. With it you can also farm oil from others basically making it the best underwater mammal. Also it’s cute, so an added bonus! I’ve named mine Marshmallow and on it the sea isn’t very scary.

Extremely op I 1v2d a lvl 125 and 95 squid with a lvl 15 raw meat tame whale. After a long fight I killed both easily. I recommend putting in health stam and melee so that u can stay under longer, stand in fights longer, and hit harder

The second feed on Xbox is gonna take while but then is whatever ur interval is but second feed takes the longest and the last bceause of anxiousness

Don't be scared when encountering and taming it, its pretty chill and will be easy to tame if u kill every manta or shark around it.

Killing Low level Basilos are a great way of Obtaining Raw prime meat. Unlike other creatures, Basilosaurus ONLY DROPS Raw prime meat.

I reccomend using a fast mount or a sarco or else you will be killed by the paparazzi near it

use an itchy to find one, nothing really attacks itchys so yeah. Raw prime fish meat is the best option for meat to use (in Mobile atleast)

I found one down the underwater slope of Herbivore Island. Check all around that place it may be worth it.

I live on herb island and they spawn all around me just tamed one and it's my second most powerful tame (after a spino). These r a must have in my opinion

I can only say that this guy is a legend. No one can win them in sea if you breed them with 3x stats. 160% speed and nearly 30k hp is really sick. You can easily clear any underwater cave.
