You will need: 25X raw fish meat, 3X bola, 1X bow, 25X tranq arrows

Taming:

1: find a baryonyx

2: bola the baryonyx

3: shoot it with tranq arrows

4: once knocked out, feed it the fish meat

5: kill anything that could mess up the tame

My spino killed one pretty easily, just use strong carnivorous tame to kill

My best recommendation is to bola them and hit them with as much tranq arrows as you can. It’ll save you the trouble of trying to chase them and whiffing shots. Brings tons of fish meat for an easy tame as you may not have raw prime fish meat or kibble. If you have access to kibble make some in bulk.

Best all round mount in my opinion like the fact that their fast on land and water they can also be bred for mutations and become extremely op and fast so yeah tame these bois If you ever see one

Their like super raptors minus raptors pounce attack and that these can electrocute in water

Ok so I don’t know how many people know but u can kill an animal toke its implant rev it at obelisk (in trap) and tame it WARNING if trying to tame do not goe out of render lost a level 30 thery that way

I'm not sure but I think this guy is great for getting bio-toxin. Killed 2 Cnidaria and got 170.....

Bolas work a treat, and also give you time to tranq or run like all hell. Also don't try and fight them on a boat... Bad idea...

Taming one was a lot easier then I thought. Just back up enough to the point were it can see you barely enough to attack, then throw a bola while it's coming at you and then use your tranq arrowsor darts to knock it out.

Looks like a good tame for lower to post mid game levels and can be picked up with argy.

When encountering a baryonyx be prepared as they are fast and will target you when in its range

Best way to tame is to glitch it on raft take to a safe spot and tranq it easyest tame iv done so far

Pretty easy to take out with tranq arrows and crossbow. A few shots should take him out if low level. Just be ready to kill some megaladons. (It only tames with fish meat) Scroll down to the baryonyx wiki to see where they are

Pick it up with an argy and place it in a taming pen...easy tame...also it prefers fish over regular meat

Only take a few shots from a crossbow to knock out. Do not walk up to it get on something and snipe.
