I'm not sure but I think this guy is great for getting bio-toxin. Killed 2 Cnidaria and got 170.....

Bolas work a treat, and also give you time to tranq or run like all hell. Also don't try and fight them on a boat... Bad idea...

Taming one was a lot easier then I thought. Just back up enough to the point were it can see you barely enough to attack, then throw a bola while it's coming at you and then use your tranq arrowsor darts to knock it out.

Looks like a good tame for lower to post mid game levels and can be picked up with argy.

When encountering a baryonyx be prepared as they are fast and will target you when in its range

Best way to tame is to glitch it on raft take to a safe spot and tranq it easyest tame iv done so far

Pretty easy to take out with tranq arrows and crossbow. A few shots should take him out if low level. Just be ready to kill some megaladons. (It only tames with fish meat) Scroll down to the baryonyx wiki to see where they are

Pick it up with an argy and place it in a taming pen...easy tame...also it prefers fish over regular meat

Only take a few shots from a crossbow to knock out. Do not walk up to it get on something and snipe.

In the water he can heal his live in je use the stunattack! Very nice

Stay out of the waters when you see this beast !! The stun is over powered and it will kill you and your tamed if there under water as well ! BEWARE!!!

Really easy tame as the starve time is 1/5th of the torpor, can survive unconscious under water and can be immobilised with a bola.

Highly suggest upgrading movement speed and melee damage because the health is okay and you can stun and run

Knock one out near the water and stare it while u fish for prime fish meat

Try not to feed this dino raw fish meat. It has a very poor effectiveness rating. So before taming this dino make sire you have access to raw prime fish meat or kibble.

Does not eat fish meat or berries, might want to update that

Because it does have an oxygen stat, just knock it out in water so other carnivores can't attack it...?

Quite easy to pick out the swap. Ive tamed 2 so far using the argen. They may nip u once then leave you be. They do have a spawn rate with lower levels but if you fly around a bit you will find 1 or 2 high levels. Ive found a 120 lvl female and 90 male. This is on the island. Ive noticed the higher levels tend to be around the edges of the swamp that borders the redwood. Speedy and also efficiant killing machines. Im currently breeding them which will be interesting.
