Baryonyxs is a great overall Dino but don’t use it to kill jelly’s. It will die. Never go near one in water that isn’t yours. Lure it out.

Be careful when you or a baryonx is in water because they can kick you with their tail and stun you.

If your level 8 and see one, go to water far away from him, get lots and I mean LOTS of fish meat. Next, go to him, say hello, bo,a him, and use a club to just make him fall to the groud, and then, you just give him the meat, and wait. While your waiting, grab some narcoberries, and feed them to him. Next, wait. Then, BOOM. You just got a baryonyx. You're welcome!

Tame it in the top of a hig rock, use arrows and a bola to it don't run out, use paquirrinosaurus kibble and a balm to tame a hig level fast, i tamed a 240 in 4 minutes in this way,I found my bari in the Lake at the redwood, the Lake at the lest of the redwoods, it doesn't appears um the map, usually there is a barionyx in this placa

Taming one these is hard so you can bola these cause i can so craft at least 3 in case u miss when u bola one of these bad boys go behind them and hit them with a wooden club

When the baryonyx has passed out give it fish make sure you got bio toxin or narcotics when its tame you got your self a fast Dino

3x3 with 9 stone foundations. 30 regular stone door frames. 6 wood ramps. Place 2 high stone door frames on outside of 3x3 foundations. Choose side and place ramps. On opposite side of ramps place extra 6 door frames making the back wall 4 high. Use an argy to lure barys on land to trap. If barys in water get off tame and shoot to land agro shot off coast. Do not fight in water. period.

A good way to tame a Barry is to boloa it and then tranq it

Had a twin baryonyx with high stats and now im using them to hunt spinos and rexes sometimes giga and mosas

I swear this thing attacks me anywhere and anytime near my base and near the swamp. Then I find out it eats fish. Like ok why you eat me then. Carno makes sense, spino makes sense, raptor makes sense, BARYONYX MAKE NO SENSE TO EAT ME!

I Don't recommended you to tame this thing at swamp because everything want to kill you

They can walk on land and swim in water fast also when they are at low health

If someone want fish meat then baryonyx is best for me it can harvest 10 fish meat from coelacanth and more than 3 stack from megalodon

Regular bolas also works

These things are extremely good for most caves, they are the best to use in the lava cave and center cave.

How to tame: baryonyx

You will need: 25X raw fish meat, 3X bola, 1X bow, 25X tranq arrows

Taming:

1: find a baryonyx

2: bola the baryonyx

3: shoot it with tranq arrows

4: once knocked out, feed it the fish meat

5: kill anything that could mess up the tame
