Taming & KO Tips

How do I tame a arthropluera? Tips and strategies on taming and knocking out a arthropluera.
To easy tame a group of 135+ the center underworld is great. Drop them in water to easy tame, they wont aggro you if they are unable to stand. Swim up, feed, wait.
Find these in the Cave In The South. They like near the river. Just eat some bug repellent and feed meat! I have not tamed one but I DID get SUPER close before mistaking a dung beetle as a spider and punching it. Yes, dung beetles live there too!
Put it under the water and boom you got it just feed it
I use araneo to ta it: sneak to artho and feed them and it's tamed
Water calms them if you make a 3x3x3 tall in shallow water drop it in with wyv passive tame with spoiler meat tames very quickly and decent lvl ones
In the south cave there is water lure them to it and use spoiled meat to tame them in water they will stop attacking you and just chill use a 10x balm on a 150 its like a 2 minute tame they also don't have oxygen so it's easy

Can deflect and meele attack op AF
Don’t put it in a taming pen. My pen just broke when I put it in.
easy tame, just use an araneos or a pulmonoscorpius to passive tame it without worrying about aggro.
Though the broth is kinda hard to get, ( 1 black pearl, 5 rhino horns, citronal, rockarrots, savroot, longrass, fiber, mejos and the waterskin ) these guys are OP. First, their spit. Though I’ve never really played on servers and so have never seen a raid, I know that these guys are perfect for raids. The spit deals 35x the amount a regular attack would do, so it rips apart even journeyman flak. Then, their overall ability to break EVERYTHING. Stone, metal even goddamn TEK will be broken by these guys! Even the giga and titan can’t break those things! And lastly, the yeti cave. Known as the hardest cave on the island due to the yeti inhabitants and the creature level limit pass in there, the arthro’s ability to be completely ignored, even when attacking things, it does the job. Arthros should be an 100% definite tame. No matter whether you want one or not!
Did I tame this just to overcome my fear of things with more than 4 legs?
Yes. Yes I did.
What will I do with it now that it’s tamed?
I honestly don’t know.
I wish I knew this sooner, but you need a full set of ghilly armor to be able to feed them and not die. Hope this helps
For those of you unaware, these guys are actually fairly easy to tame if you can handle the damage. First, you need to survive long enough in the south cave to encounter them, and then when they notice you, bait them into the water. Once they are submerged they will calm down just about instantaneously, making them tameable. Just be careful not to come into physical contact with them or they will become angry again.
Pick it and drop it in water in the deep ocean, it'll bug out and lose aggro, sitting still while you feed it safely
Just pick tem um in an argie and release them inside a 1x1 3 walls high, they dont aggro and you can feed them from outside
I have a question.does gigas and titanosaurs also don't attack it?
If you’re on aberration and you want to tame one, make a basic spider/mantis trap and get a crab to throw it in there. It won’t aggro on crabs so it won’t destroy the buildings
Kite into water, they can't move or attack under water, take a Barrons with and tail spin all fish in the water and use scuba gear to tame it with rotten meat
If you are low leveled in a multiplayer server and tamed one of these giant centipedes with a broth of enlightenment that you got from a kind person that you crossed paths with. You’re basically in for being a ruthless dictator.
When taming on scorched, if aggroed jump on dragon and hover over it till it stops being mad, usually only takes 10secs. Can also pin it with your dragon to help keep it in one spot. hope this helps
