Easiest way isn't always tame pin, if you go to the central cave and clear out first 2 rooms throw some ghillie on, go prone and tame as you please.

on scorched earth, with a dragon you can get the wing and get the arthropluera stuck and then get bug spray and ghillie and go behind it and tame it with broth of enlightenment. (best food)

Lemme tell y’all how to kill or tame this bad boi. If you wanna kill, aim for it’s face. Only use longnecks or high quality sniper rifles to kill. Use spyglasses to check the level. They will also(once they spot you) follow you everywhere while spitting some of its blood at regular intervals. Beelzebufos and ascendant hide armour( easily repairable) can help you evade the spits. If it follows you in the water(mostly inside the middle chamber or the the cave in the south), it can be tamed. No need for ghillie or repellant, just let it follow you in water, it will lose aggro to everything, including your frog, as long as you are submerged. Weakness is guns, or explosives, (3x + 4.5x[headshot multiplier] gun damage and a 5x multiplier for explosives). Use spoiled meat if you don’t have the resources for the broth of enlightenment. Up this if you found helpful. :)

Use woolly rhinos with high melee damage. If you don’t have them then bola your friend and run.

If u r in cave in the south bring a noob and say it is not a aggressive and u can tame it I will protect u (while being on a 150 bary) then run while the noob gets arthro acid

Full ghillie suit and bug repellent. Equip broth of enlightenment or raw meat in past inventory quick slot. Sneak from behind feed passively let it starve and repeat. If taming in a cave lore all wild creatures always from the arthropluera and kill them off. When you tame all Dino and creatures will turn on your tame so you will watch your hard word perish. Bob and weave ovoids most cave creatures actually landing a hit especially Onyc. Use a shield for stop spiders and scorps. Lots of stimulants and tbh caves don't seem so scary. Good luck.

Either aim for the head or just avoid getting close at all. The acid spits will destroy your armor in no time. Taming them is extremely difficult and annoying, but they can easily demolish enemy structures. Don’t tame it in single player...

Not that hard to tame all you need is bug repellent and what your taming it with and you use the bug repellent and just go feed it I tamed mine on rag and it was very easy just had to kill the others from far range with a fabricated sniper
