I tamed a 135 on offical and let me say THIS TAME IS SCARY! I used ghillie and bug repellent. I definitely recommend getting the broth of enlightenment to tame this creature.

If it see's you Run TF away as fast as possible. Us e bug repellent and ghellie armor to repel if attacked you are F***ed

Have a friend from another tribe lure it into a trap, wear a ghillie suit and tame it

Use less against most of animals but great in pvp, it can destroy players armor (so don't get hit by it) and waepon(plz use cheap range weapon like long bow). Also it can damage ALL kind of structures even TEC.

Grab it with a crab easy tame, use bugspray and ghillie

Passive tame, for some reason no tip stares this and I killed Dozens trying to KO

CAN NOW BREAK STONE, METAL AND TEK WITH BITE, SCALES WITH MELEE. BROKEN AF

These guys just got a recent buff they can destroy metal and tell structures tame like 30 150 put like 1300 melee and watch Tek turn to dust

Now apparently damages Tek, metal, and stone structures with it’s BITE, not the spit. Happy trolling.

They can damage any kind of structure with their bite. Released in 280.1 something

Their bite damages everything up to tek now!!! Upvote to get it known! New base wiper

Bug spray and ghille is the way to go, you can only tame from the side though,

If you make your taming pin out of wooden railing and land your argi just out of range of its attack it'll get stuck trying to go for the argi and then all you need to do is lay by it while wearing ghillie; very easy tame.

Watch out for it's spit attack. It's really hard to evade and will instantly destroy most types of armor. I suggest taking your armor off before you attack/aggro one.

To tame an Arthropluera(Mobile):

1. Tame a Pulmonoscorpius...you can unlock their saddles at a pretty low level.

2. Have at least 15 Spoiled Meat in your inventory.

3. Enter the cave of The Hunter (In the south of the Island).

4. Find Arthropluera.

5. Have spoiled meat in your hot bar, target the arthro, and scroll to spoiled meat..it will automatically feed it one

Note: only click on or scroll to spoiled Meat in your hot bar if the nametag of the arthro has a blue border.

6. Once tamed, exit the cave(don't worry about leading it out...it won't work).

7. Open inventory.

8. Click on profile.

9. Click on "Tames" button.

10. Select arthro, and hit 'Request'.

11. The Arthropluera will be teleported to your position.

just have an amphibious creature such as beezlebuffo and lure any thing that could possibly kill you in to the water since the beezlebufo dosent have an oxygen stat and does not pop to the surface when you dismount use this to your advantage and lure the arthro in to the water then feed it spoiled meat or "kibble" broth of enlightnment

Use a pachyrhinos pacification mist it stops it wanting to kill u

Doesn't need any air so a decent mount for diving even if its fairly slow underwater
