Great base defense Dino on pvp... paired with a couple scorpions and this can be devistating. This dino will break the armor in one spit and then the scorpions will knock them out fast.

They actually can fit though doors learned that the hard way.

Equip good ghillie equipment, use some bug repellant, this will make the Arthropluera not sense you easier. Crouch down and slowly walk up behind it. With rotted meat on your last hotbar box, feed it until it’s tamed!

Pick it up with an argy and put it in taming pin. Should be made with doors so you can have easy access to it. Get bug repellent so it won't aggro you good luck :^)

Totally nightmare for raiders

Pick it up with a wyvern drop it in the water it becomes passive

Tame these while riding a scorpion! Nothing will aggro unless you attack. Tame with rotten meat in your hotbar so u don’t have to dismount. Works for Dung Beetles/Centipedes/Spiders. Walk in, choose level, tame passively, walk out and request to the surface 👍 good luck

⚠️IMPORTANT TIP⚠️ Ones that are tamed out of the cave are not ignored by creatures in caves and you have to tame it inside the cave.

If you are going to use these as turrets around the outside of your base, make sure that you have the weight around 500 and over encumber them. When people use these in this manner all we do is pick them up with an argy and fly them away. Sence they are on turret mode they won't move once flown away. Just a helpful tip.

Argy can pick them up. Drop them in to water, and they wont attack.

When it says non-violent. It means you’re not to use violence when taming. Feeding it isn’t violent. It murdering your face when you do so is a horse of a different color.

if anyone said this sorry but in the primitive days arthroplueras were actually an herbivore but it used its height to tower above the enemies to scare them

Tip for anyone who thinks these fart wads are easy to tame: they aren't. Before you can even think about going down a cave to tame one, you need at least one Broth of Enlightenment, which you cannot feed to them until they de aggro, which means you also need Bug Repellent. A ghillie suit is recommended but not mandatory. If you wanna try stealing one with a megalosaurus to tame elsewhere, fat chance. The game tends to despawn the arthro the moment you exit the cave. Be prepared, thats all I'm gonna say.

Not exactly the best combat mount, slow, stamina isn't the best, a little squishy. But a few high levels of these on base defence are pretty good. Put a few in the inner parts of your base (along with the spiders to slow them down) and the will have your enemies armour being melted in seconds!

Why is this thing passive tame I do not want it to be awake when I tame it

The only nerf they got is their damn weight.
