Found in the redwood forest biome mostly on The Island, can be seen majority of the time flying from tree to tree. Best tactic to taking is a decent longneck rifle and tranq darts. Shoot them after they have landed on a tree as they rest for a moment before moving again giving perfect window of opportunity. The redwood can be dangerous so bring a means of defense like spiked wall

How to tame arche: for begginers guide (mobile)

1. Make 2 tranq arrows and chitin/pela kibble and 4 bolas of you miss

2. Go to the redwoods make sure dont get jumped by a purlovia

3. Go near the mountauns

4. Wait for arche to come down

5. Bola it

6. Knok out with 2 tranq arrows

7. Put chitin/pela kibble and narcotics

8. Just wait

DO NOT GRAB THEM WITH A BIRD They will growl at your bird then jump off to a tree pretty quick

Pick it up in your argent's beak and knock it out. Chitin shouldn't be a problem, they don't eat alot.

They hide in the bushes under the redwood trees. If spooked they fly up the tree trunk or cliff face, then from altitude they glide from tree to tree. Watch the bushes for a while, if you see one move in on your bird to snag it. Watch close as it will dart for, and usually up, a tree. You can snag them off of the tree or the ground. But they will glitch and you won't always see them in your tallons! If they are glitching about, you got it. It will show up when you land in the taming pen. Happy hunting!

just tamed a level 4 on mobile level 5 after done taming just gave meat and the option feed appeared im guessing they are carnivores once tamed

Press R on pc to stop and start glides mid fall. Recommend for decently long falls as you still take damage from short to medium ones.

I recommend owning a megatherium so you can farm chitin and tame it

Use chitin and bring tons of bio toxin! After tamed their diet is raw meat

You can pick them up with an argy and have a tribe mate shoot it or you can drop it in a taming pen
