GhostGamer, I took the time to read your story Hope's Cry and I liked it. It felt like a fever dream and a comedy show at time. It reminds me of stories I used to write when I was little, with my friend. I like it, although there are a few things that would work. I dont think Dawn's species was ever elaborated, remember that. Also I like the characters, they all seem fun but Im sure you especially have big plans for Jake/Buddy. The 30 year coma seems weird, but works somewhat. And the fact that the main character is a Purlovia is pretty cool too. Keep it up, Ill remember to like your stories too (i mostly read stories on PC where you cant like). Idk who Shadow is, you might have to ask Moon. Never heard of them.

Chapter 8 of my story is officially out (has two parts, please read them in order if you read it). Oh yeah I guess I should mention the name of the story, LOL, it's called The Arks: Over Heaven.

Moon, SunnyFox57, thank you for the advice, I've always struggled with adding romance because I never know if its good love or not. The first time I added romance to a story it was more a 'love at first sight but they both denied it' type thing, and I wasnt pleased with the end result. Loves a powerful thing, it should be handled with care in stories. You'll see it blossom in my Ark Fanfic, its up to you though to decide who its between 😉

Ben, here are a few romance tips. I tend to write a lot of romance unintentionally so I have a LOT (at least I think) of experience.

There are several paths you could take in introducing the “love birds” to each other. (You have to introduce the characters before they fall in love and build relationship)

The characters meet and hate each other even though they are working together.

The characters meet each other and the main character loves the other character but she doesn’t love him back…yet.

The characters meet and instantly fall in love. (Personally i wouldn’t go with choice three because you need to build RELATIONSHIP. But you can if you want to.)

A good way to build relationships between them is to go on a journey together or go through trials together. Also another way to win a woman’s heart in a story is too save her life. Eventually the characters will have this this feeling that they can’t explain, they will be drawn to each other. After a while they will realize they love each other and will do anything for each other, no matter how dangerous.

Hope this is helpful to you. Sorry if it sounds strange, I’m much better at writing a romance story then explaining one.

Whereas the only thing I’ll be remembered for in Dododex is ‘the first person too fight with Moon.’ And do you know if there’s another person in Dododex named Ghost other than my friend? If so I can rename myself. Thank you for you guys support! And please continue with your story Moon! Ben I haven’t had the pleasure too find and read ur story so can you please tell me where that is? And Moon if your a real writer (which I know u actually are.) then I have suggestion! You know how The Obelisk has really good grammar and stuff like that? Well maybe you could like copy and paste it onto like a writing app (I personally would suggest Pages! It’s a really good writing app! I don’t know if it’s on computer tho.🤔 ) and you could like edit it and like make it like the characters are humans. (Bc I think you have too get permission from the Developer of Ark too use it’s Characters🤔. And unless you know the dev you can’t get in contact with him. He doesn’t respond too the reviews anymore.) And u could turn The Obelisk into an actual book. Then everyone can read it. Although you would have too finish writing first. If you like this idea (or if u don’t) pls respond! holy moly i just finished 95 and not only im impressed, but shocked at what just happened. I can tell that your writing skills and all that have improved a lot since Chap 1, and I could feel the emotion of the characters in this specific chapter, but man looking back at it there were definitely signs, such a sad chapter. Fantastic. Motivates me to finish my Ark FanFic, once and for all.

Ex: "I do not like animals," he said.

Ex: He said, "I do not like animals."

Ex: "I do not like animals," she said, "And I don't like you either, so quit it."

"No, I hate you!" she spat.

I believe a good name for the carno would be opal (Look it up, It’s a beautiful gem), and the deino could be seafoam.

To the person who can’t find the next Chapters of The Obelisk—

The next chapters are all in order. Sometimes it just takes time for someone to write the next chapter. Starting in Snails extinguish, it goes down through all tamables in alphabetical order. If you are stuck on Gallimimus just check next section.

Another few name ideas:

Carno: Mangrove, BlackHorn, Swamp, Magellan,

(Lol, Magellan, a famous name explorer.)

Deino: Cream, Pool, Beach, Zale. (Zale Parry is a famous deep sea diver, and the Deino’s colors remind me of the beach.)

How unoriginal can one get? Stop copying people’s stories. If you came up with your own story, I may actually read it. But don’t copy people’s hard work and pass it as your own. Even if you change some stuff in yours.

To my readers, I will not stop writing this sorry until I am finished.

Sometimes it takes a few days to plan out how I will write the next chapter, but they will always come out. The longest it took me to figure a chapter out was about five days, and the next chapter will be ready soon!

I am also planning out the exact chapter I will decide which names to choose for the male Carno and female Deino. So the less name suggestions I get, the longer the chapters will take to be written. It may make more sense soon.

So, if you have not suggested any names, I ask that you do very soon. But for those who have, yur so awesome! There’s a few of yur names I already love, but once again, I still need more participants.

Please suggest names if you haven’t already! It not that hard.
