On single player ark mobile (I don’t know if this works for pc and console or multiplayer ark mobile) everytime you reset your game, your tamed snail will give you 100 Acatina paste (basically cementing paste) and 100 organic polymer, you can farm this really easily, I got 1.5k of each from one snail till i got bored

Not aggressive, carryable by argent. KO with gun dart, feed veggie cakes. Torpor drops fast so don't leave. If put on wander it will collect up to 100 c paste then organic poly. ONLY eats veggie cakes after tame. Sometimes status bar says they have no food in inv, just double check. Alternatively if you dont want to tame, you can leave in a pen but it will only drop 1 paste and a time and you have to pick them up individually. Updog please

Be advised even after it's tamed it still only eats cakes. It produces cementing paste and organic polymer while on wander, I usually tame about 4 or 5 line them up somewhere and load them down with wood or stone and place them on wander invest all level ups in food and only feed them when you know a whole cakes food value goes to them check in periodically to empty the paste and before you know it you'll have chests on chests of spare paste!

Not as strong as Sarco. They are strong guys.

A good idea is to capture loads of them and put them in a big box so they can’t escape, this way you don’t have to tame or feed them cake and you can still run around picking up their poo paste, this is good if you need a lot paste but it requires you to actively run around collecting as it doesn’t build up over time.

A unique/cheap way to knock these guys out. Lead a titainboa to them. Doesn't kill them, only KO's them.

They create organic polymer on wander, 100 each startup of game. They can also extend shelf life of organic polymer by 1 1/2 hours.

If you are looking for a high level one they spawn in caves on SE. once you find the one you want grapple it and fly home to do an easy tame. You can also do this with any panther ones that spawn else where.

I say “ just build a pen, pick the snails up on a flyer, drop ‘em in the pen and you are all set...

Do not starve tame. They don't eat instantly and they will starve to DEATH before they recover enough. I promise

Shoot the actual body of the snail! Not the shell. The shell is like a plate of armor. Once you shoot it once with a dart it will go into its shell. Shoot from behind under the shell at its butt. Only eats vegetable cake! Once tamed you can harvest its slime as cementing paste!

You'll want to pump food lvls once tamed.

The organic polymer is very useful but slow to produce, get a few if you can, just make sure you have enough crop plants and sap for the veggie cakes.

After you tame this it only eats the cake still, be sure to make it every so often for its food

You can soak turrets when they are in their shell

Half of the time that I find these things, they are dead in the swamp. Makes sense though.
