Then whistle follow one it should imprint.. if it doesn't take it back in its house then whistle follow one then repeat until done.. raised 30 wyvern work 1st or second time every time

The best way to steal an egg is using a wyvern with a good stamina , just take the egg and flay fast , they can’t reach you as long as you flying fast.

When stealing wyvern eggs always be on a griffin since griffins can out run wyvern with their dive and also take a bait bird that you don't mind losing.eg. like a pteranadon with high health. When stealing the egg take a whip with you so you don't need to dismount and when you get the egg fly out immediately check if any wyvern are chasing you if there are wyvern chasing whistle attack target with your pteranadon the pteranadon will distract and you can make a quick get a way. When building a wyvern trap, build it where the door is facing AWAY from the scar. You’ll have to make a U-turn into the trap but once it de-agros after you start to traq it, it won’t turn and fly out because they’re programmed to fly back into the scar. This allows you to solo one and you don’t even have to close the door :)

My strategy for stealing an egg(without already having a wyvern): tame roughly 20 mid-high lvl argys, leave them on the edge of the scar with an egg below, grab the egg, then whistle all the argys follow and neutral and any wyverns following will attack the flock of argys and buy you time to escape. It is a sacrifice, but worth to get you first wyvern.

When you stole a wyvern egg you need to fly cloes to the ground soo it can stuck in rocks.If you on a server (PvE,PvP) you can use another buildings.

My easiest way was to simply tame a pteranodon, level it up a bunch, put all points into stamina, get the egg you want, then maneuver your way around wyverns, throw egg in fridge, go to trench, lead(and this is the important part) a POISON wyvern to your trap for milk. Always a poison female because their attack is easy to dodge.

With the new flyer nerf on Ragnarok get a griffin since they have decent health and are the fastest flyer in the game. To tame one use a smallish cage to trap the griffin and then knock it out and tame. Then use it to steal the Wyvern egg(s) and then raise the baby(s). P.S you should be able to transfer a griffin to scorched earth.

Since the flyer nerf I suggest just using a thylacoleo

Shock darts.. That is what you really want to take these beasts down.

You can also kill an alpha for a shitload of milk.

Just pump health on an argie or tap. Make a room of metal with a couple turrets on top and then go to get an egg.take it then fly straight into the room. The turrets will kill them pretty fast so your will be safe...ish.

If you are prepared you won't lose a single dino. Get a cage ready before hatching for milk. Find the best egg you can with a +1000 stam ptera (if u don't use c it can fly long enough) and fly close to the ground so they agro something else.

Use cactus broth to keep yourself from being seen until you grab an egg. Also don't make a metal base to keep you egg in because you will over heat and die

The best idea I've found for your first Wyvern (post bird nerf) is to build a small 2x2 stone or metal hut with a storage chest and a bed inside right next to the scar. Wait for an opening, and grab the egg. Fly up and die in front of your house. Spawn in the bed, grab the egg from you cold lifeless body, and pop it in the chest. Run outside and die again. Then wait for the wyverns to despawn (20 minutes) and retrieve the egg. In the end, you're sacrificing a tapajara for a wyvern. As for milk, I'd recommend a chain bola setup and a couple tribe mates to tranq it.

Go with a group of people. That way the group will distract the hostile wyverns so the others can grab the eggs and get out. (Don't try with other people in a single player)

Make sure to bring extra tranqs. The app is incorrect on how many times you have to shoot it to knock it out.

Only hatch one of these if you have ALOT of time on your hands, or if you have a tribe member to do it for you.
